The room was comfortable… It wasn't very big, but it was enough for two people. It was clean and the staff was friendly. It was close to Penang Adventist Hospital, just a short walk away.

The location is strategic for Adventist Hospital, but the rooms are cramped. If you put your suitcases in, it's even more cramped. Twin beds on the first floor, with a pillar between the two beds, making it even more cramped.

The bathroom is okay, but the first-floor room is located in front of a parking lot and then directly onto the main road. There's no gate or anything, so it's like an outdoor area. Honestly, we didn't feel safe with this location.

Staff Hashim was friendly and available 24 hours. Also, this hotel is very close to Penang Adventist Hospital.

Hotel location is fantastic near Gurney Plaza walking distance about 8 minutes. The room price is reasonable when booked via Traveloka. Hotel restaurant food is delicious too. They have water refill outside of the room where you can get hot water. There’s no kettle provided on the room. Coffee sachet is provided too but it is not replenished on next day because room cleaning is done on every two days only.

LESS WELCOME FOR FOREIGN CITIZENS ESPECIALLY FOR BANGLISH RECEPTION STAFF. SERVICE IS VERY POOR. NO RECOMMENDATION FOR THE SERVICE. even though we paid the same as others, we wanted to ask for early check in but couldn't even though there was an empty room, even if we wanted to, we were asked for 60rm. oh my, the male receptionist was really rude. the hotel itself was pretty clean and the good thing was there was a restaurant in front of the hotel.
