The reception was really nice and helpful. I arrived at 10 a.m., and they let me check in. I highly recommend the location.

Perfectly located in Bukit Bintang, near hot spots like Jalan Alor for night culinary. Was staying with mother and nephew, and it's very much suited for family with elderly and even toddler. Facilities are no argue, I love the pool. But food for breakfast is somehow not too diverse for a chain hotel.

The staff are very friendly and the location is also near to F&B.

My booked flight arrived in Kuala Lumpur early in the morning. I emailed the hotel reservations department, and they responded promptly. The response was excellent. The hotel reservation process was also easy.

Very comfortable, complete like an apartment, there is a refrigerator (with a freezer), stove, long sofa, dining table, bathroom looks like it has just been renovated, next trip here again

The room was very spacious, with cool air conditioning and excellent soundproofing. The pool view was also beautiful. The food was quite tasty, although not a wide variety, and the hotel area was clean and tidy. Highly recommended!

overall good. we happened to stay only for one night. but the staff was a bit less handy... we pushed our own suitcases to enter the hotel lobby, in other hotels when there are guests getting off the taxi, the hotel staff usually immediately help take care of the suitcases. even if the bellboys are all busy, the security usually immediately takes the initiative to help. for the room is ok... there is a 1-door refrigerator larger than the ones usually found in hotels, there is a microwave. it's just that an electric stove is provided complete with cutlery + dishwashing soap (including sponge)... the only thing missing is 1 pan for cooking even though we didn't cook in the room.

The staff was friendly and accommodating. The room was clean, spacious, and soundproof. Even though there's a kitchenette, the hotel did not provide cookery, and we have to purchase it ourselves in order to do some light cooking. The breakfast was delicious but limited. It would be better to have more breakfast selection. Overall it was a good stay, very near to the city centre.

Highly recommended where my sister left her wallet in the room and my sister has returned to Indonesia, they kept the wallet until my sister asked, they were even willing to send it to Indonesia, very helpful and the location is very close to Alor and close to everywhere, becoming one of the destination hotels to return to if you go to Kuala Lumpur, very professional and friendly and uniquely the hotel already uses robots when we order toothbrushes that come are robots, very amazing for children 😍 must stay at this hotel.

Old hotel but still satisfied, good location not far from Pavilion.

The location and rooms are okay but don't expect more in terms of service, especially the security guard guarding the door, don't expect them to help carry your things. Maybe this hotel is because the semi-apartments are all self-service.

The rooms are nice, spacious, the price is not expensive, close access to Jalan Alor and Bukit Bintang, the minus is for those who have difficulty lifting suitcases, don't stay here because there is no bell boy 🥲 remember when I moved in, the family of 8 suitcases had to carry them myself.

Good views from our room. We hav good experience stay in ramada suite
