The rooms do not match the photos, the walls and windows are dirty and have not been cleaned at all. All dirty glass is not maintained, the door is also dull and dirty, just checked in at 5, checked out at 6, only 1 hour there, surprised at the room like not a hotel

Okay for a cheap price, but there are some complaints but it's okay for me

The hotel is not maintained. The room was dirty, a bit smelly and there were still towels used by previous guests. No amenities, water, new towels. Pretty sad, luckily only 1 night.

1. Does not match in the picture. Totally beyond expectations. From exterior to interior. 2. Rooms are not very clean. Lots of grains of sand felt. No toiletries at all except towels. For the room air conditioner, if it is turned off it will leak. 3. The atmosphere of the hotel is not good for a staycation. 4. Staff do not wear official uniforms & do not do what is asked. I asked for help to clean the room but it was not cleaned. 5. The interior of the whole hotel is not maintained at all. 6. Must change the star rating. Not suitable if the star rating is written 4. Thank you.

For a clean place, friendly staff, cold air conditioning, which is a pity only the refrigerator is not cold.

Cleanliness is very very disappointing, the tissue is getting moldy. Very noisy sound. The floors and walls are all not clean. Even for a standard hotel, this is very disappointing. Bed linen is perforated and dirty. Hot water is off.

Service ok. But the lobby is not clean. Not like the photo. It looks like the building lacks maintenance, the cet in the room has been peeled off. The hallways are not clean and look like they are still under renovation or lack of maintenance. Sorry just to be honest. Hopefully it could be better.

Room: 4/5. Facilities: 4/5. Location: 5/5. Service: 5/5. As expected, according to the photos and friendly service. Make your staycation feel at home, the best 3 days 2 nights. Even though the mines are only in the bathroom equipment, there is no shampoo, toothpaste and toothbrush, but the rest is okay, hot water is always there. Hopefully in the future it will be able to rise again and be improved again.

The hotel is poorly maintained, the paint is peeling off in the rooms, the basement parking is dirty, the water in the bathroom is hot and cold uncontrollably.

I didn't stay overnight. When you open a stuffy/dark room/closed windows, when you open the lights you can see the walls of the room, all the paint is peeling off because the walls are leaking. And the room looks like it hasn't been occupied for a long time. The sheets are very dirty. I want to be given a room change, I don't want to. Because the first impression is not satisfactory. At that time I also moved hotels. The hotel looks deserted, there is no security guard. And not safe. Only this time took the wrong hotel. See from the pictures of the hotel, and the rooms are all good. But when I saw the conditions it didn't fit. Sorry, I forgot to take a photo of the room on the 2nd floor. My advice, for the hotel, before giving the room to the consumer, check first, is it worth living in. In the end I lost for 2 rooms, because it couldn't be canceled.

The lobby is ok, the rooms are a bit dark, the restaurant is not open.

The staff is friendly, the AC room is cold & there is warm water, only the sink water is really small, overall I like staying here because the price is really affordable. Thank you

At the beginning, I saw reviews of good people, interested in stopping by but disappointed that the sheets were dirty.

Worse hotel to stay at. Stains in the bedsheets. Bathroom was super smelly. Walls were super dirty. Not recommendedat all!

Kayak kos-kosan, shampo sabunnya abis walupun pas info langsung diisi ulang si, tapi diisi ulang setelah tamunya masuk. Ga ada sikat gigi, spreinya kotor ada bercak-bercaknya, temboknya banyak bekas bekas kotor, bangunannya juga kurang terawat kalo menurut aku cuma lobynya aja yang mending tapi pas naik jadi agak serem si.

To much to say. No hand soap. Torn towels. No tissue. No teabags or coffee sachets. Very poor, no words. Hope they improve, location is very good. Maybe this is the COVID effect. Wish then all the best.
