I was charged an extra tax for no justifiable reason. That is unacceptable and wrong

I had a reservation made 2 reservation I room with 1 queen bed and 1 room with a king bed with a balcony for the room with the balcony and I even paid more for this room and I didn’t get to room with a balcony when I told the lady at the front desk she told me there was no more room with balcony available but I told that I had paid for that room and had a reservation she told me that was not her problem that she couldn’t do anything about that. So I’m requesting a refund on that room price that I paid for and didn’t get . Also the hotel lobby is very very noisy the staff talking all night u can hear EVERYTHING in your room that door bell ringing what’s to drive u crazy . It was a horrible stay I don’t sleep at with all the noise. I told to hotel staff about the noise level they didn’t care the person just brushed me off with what I was saying. Terrible terrible stay .

I booked the room last minute, so I got the last room. However, the service was quick and pleasant. The room was quaint, just as I expected for a small, historic town. The breakfast was great with a quick service.

It was within walking distance from Villa de Leyva’s main square. It was clean and nice.

Please don’t take the standard rooms,because are small without windows, dark and uncomfortable.

Overall it was a memorable stay. Located just a few blocks from the center plaza with excellent views. Breakfast on the terrace was excellent.

The hotel is lovely and well maintained, however I recommend avoiding the "Balcony" rooms as they are RIGHT on the main entryway to the town. We heard traffic and drunk people in the middle of the night. Two of the three workers were outstanding, which is wonderful for Colombia (where I expect poor service normally) the third was very Colombian and terrible at customer service. For example we ordered room service from her including a Caesar Salad, and she decided it was best to tell us "Que pena" there is no salad at 10:10pm when the kitchen had already closed. Again, I'm used to bad service in this country, but this is a rather expensive hotel.

Good space, friendly staff, good breakfast, parking lot, jacuzzi and it was 5 min. walk distance to the town

It is a beautiful hotel, very comfortable beds and rooms. It is about 700 meters away from Villa de Leyva's main square. The breakfast is tasty, with eggs, fruit and good coffee.

It was a nice hotel, beds were comfortable and breakfast was served every morning either in restaurant or through room service free of charge. It was at walking distance from the Plaza Mayor (approximately 10 minutes). There is a jacuzzi you can reserve for hours. The only down-side was the fact that walls are very thin so if there is any noise outside it gets hard to sleep.

Poor wifi, poor service, dirty room, advertised free breakfast but charged us for breakfast at checkout, would not recommend this hotel
