The staff is very nice, the ambiance is very nice, you can relax even in the middle of the crowd. The security is the best ever

NEO+ KUTA LEGIAN HAD THE BEST SERVICES. But anyway the BREAKFAST MENU is very VARIOUS 👍 But the taste of the breakfast food is NOT TASTY. I complained to the CHEF because it was very inappropriate for a Hotel BREAKFAST to have STUFFED BEAN SPROUTS & STUFFED WATER SWARM.. It would be better if the Bean Sprouts were made into STUFFED TOFU or FRIED BAKWAN/OTE2 like that. If you want it in the form of FRESH vegetables, make PECEL/GADO2 So that it is fresher & more attractive!! The Water Spinach is very good if cooked with Taliwang Chicken with Plecing Kangkung.. The fried vermicelli dish is DRAW. Various Porridges/KOLAK are not tasty. & THE FRUIT during my 9 days there was the SAME everyday..cut watermelon, papaya & melon...Please change it up..use Pineapple, give peeled orange, give salak, make fruit soup..it's cheap but delicious and varied...don't always do the same thing...BORING EUYY!! At breakfast, what I always eat & like the most is only 3/4 COOKED OMELET/FREAST EGGS & HOMEMADE JUICE. That's it. Please to the NEO+KUTA LEGIAN MANAGEMENT. THE SERVICE & VIBES OF NEO+ KUTA LEGIAN HOTEL ARE VERY GOOD 👍👍👍👍. But THE VARIETY OF MENUS & THE TASTE OF THE FOOD MUST BE IMPROVED SOON!! NEO+ KUTA LEGIAN WILL BE MUCH BETTER IF THE SERVICE & VIBES ARE GOOD & THE FOOD DURING BREAKFAST & DURING ROOM ORDER IS ALSO DELICIOUS!! Please review the CHEF'S PERFORMANCE again.. Check in and check out are smooth and easy, good location, parking available, good access, service and service, breakfast according to the hotel status What's lacking: 1. Old towels, it's time to replace them. 2. The telephone in the room is not working properly. 3. The water pressure in my room (shower and bidet) is low, while in the next room it is strong. The rest of this hotel is nice and pleasant.

quite good but unfortunately 1. the phone doesn't work properly 2. the towels look dirty even though they are new / unused (they look worn out and it's time to replace them) 3. the shower and bidet water is not that strong in my room, whereas in the next room it's really strong otherwise it's good and enjoyable to stay here

staff ramah, lokasi sangat strategis dekat dengan pantai Kuta, dan jalan kaki hanya 10 menit saja. kamar bersih, so far so good, kurang kedap suara. menu sarapan pagi enak, namun tidak banyak variasi nya.

Initially we were given room 517, seriously it was really scary if we passed the hallway at night, because we stayed for a week we only lasted 2 nights in room 517, because there were many strange sounds that could be heard from the room, we asked to move and finally we were given 511, yes it was still close to 517, but 517 was at the back, while 511 was on the side and was quite better, thank you to the staff who allowed us to move🤗
