I ordered a welcome cake for two rooms, but only one was provided, even though I'd kept sending notes and reminders via WhatsApp. I left something behind, and the hotel staff HONESTLY informed me of the missing item. Thank you for the HONESTY of the STAFF 🙏

Staying at Swiss-Belhotel Lampung was a very pleasant and satisfying experience. The hotel is located in the city center of Bandar Lampung, with a strategic location and easy access to various important destinations, including beaches, culinary centers, and cultural attractions.
Upon arrival at the hotel, I was greeted by the friendliness of the front desk staff who were alert and professional. The check-in process was fast and efficient. The first impression of the hotel lobby was very positive: spacious, clean, and elegant with a modern feel.
I stayed in a Deluxe room with a view of Lampung Bay. The room was very comfortable, clean, and equipped with complete facilities such as cable TV, safe, work desk, and bathroom with hot water and quality toiletries. The soft bed and quiet atmosphere of the room made for optimal rest.
