Stay away from this circus hotel. People smoke inside, they have a restaurant(pub) where people drink and make loud sounds/sing. Events included. Small insects in the bathroom. Half of the room was damaged(tiles, outlets). Also very inconviniently placed single outlets behind the bed. I had to drag away the bef to get to one of them, that was also damaged, so a fire hazard. Dogs barking outside the window every single night. Impossible to get a good night of sleep. The «fitness center» is a complete joke. Its basically a small, room with some old, damaged equipment. 1 functioning dumbell, with very few weights to add. Teenagers making noise, breaking glass bottles outside and harrasing me once I quietly opened the window. Sound insulation is terrible at the hotel. And at the very last day, there were a bunch of idiots running through the halls, knocking on doors and even trying to break in. This kept on going until 2 am. Like they literally tried to open my door 3x times without saying anything. -> how is this acceptable behaviour? If you have bad guests that break the rules, you give them a warning. If they still continue, you kick them out without a refund. The staff was ok, spoke English. Again - stay away!

Lovely staff, very large spotless rooms, the hotel is set back from the road so it is quieter than others and an excellent breakfast where the head waiter took the time to toast our bread.

Booked a single for one night before an early flight, got a Huge family room with sitting room and kitchen ... a little bit dated, but excellent value for money! What a splendid surprise!

Great hotel, very close to the airport, breakfast is great, maybe some more table and chairs in the main hall for business workers?

Awful staff that is always smoking INSIDE the hotel. This is normal in this country. Very low standards compared to the rest of the civilized world. Breakfast was rare. Didn't eat much

All good except of outdated furniture.

I was not able to get bill for my staying which was paid electronically. They told me to ask that from the booking agency, and it is for the first time. All other things are OK, but it is not definitely hotel with the 4 stars.

Awesome shower! This is the shower I waited three weeks for. Very close to airport...you could walk in 20 mins on well-lit streets and save being ripped off for cab fare as I was.

i did not stay at the BM, the room was minimal and dark, without air conditioner, onl a fan, and the large tv screen described was a 14" old from the 70's, the only large is the deep of such tv, I did not check if it was color or black and white. The room wasn't clean until 6:30 PM. They gave me excuses and promised to do not charge me the rooms. Regards, Mario V Falak

Staff were very helpful in signposting me to placing and helping with transport.

Our original rooms were so small, like a small box room in a house, simple bed, and smoking outside. after we spoke to a manger our rooms were upgraded, but still very basic. there were staff members smokingin the communal areas and as they were friendly, still not as knowledgeable! breakfast was basic and simple. not continental. the bathrooms realyl do need updating as well!

Very institutional looking and feeling. Room and public areas had no wall decoration. Bed was comfortable, but except for the bottom sheet, you had to make it yourself. Top sheet was folded on bed. Comforter (stained) was in the wardrobe. When I went to the desk to ask for another comforter, the clerk was very abrupt. Room was otherwise clean. Shower enclosure was a mix of shower door and shower curtain. Breakfast buffet was above average with a decent selection of pastries, fruits, cold meats, and eggs.
