Good location, but no water pressure, specially no hot water.

Bathrooms have no hot water and showers leak water on the floors other than that its Ok for the price.

I got a room and overnight I developed Bugbites on my body. I informed the Hotel manager and showed them the bites all over my body as well as pictures of the bites, they moved me to another room. Unfortunately , I was already affected.

If you get a room facing the street - don’t expect to sleep - I thought I had the windows open - I didn’t. This is the first area of Colombia I didn’t feel safe in - day but especially night. As other reviews have said - there is little to eat close to the hotel. The water is cold in the morning and luke warm in the evening. I rarely say this but I definitely wouldn’t come back here

Elevator was broken so going up 7 floors to get to my room was interesting.

Stayed here overnight on a road trip, so I unfortunately lost the time to get to know Neiva. The hotel is located right in the centro and seems to be surrounded by many points of interest and restaurants. I arrived late, around 9 PM and the entrance was secure, the desk attendant was attentive and followed great safety protocols and was helpful. Good experience even for a limited stay. The bed/room was quite comfortable, too.

Staff are great & very helpful. No hot water but you really don’t need it since it’s hot outside. AC in the rooms & seems pretty sound proof. All in it’s good for the area

The best thing about this property were the staff super polite froendly, and helpful the property itself is a little tired, there was no option for hot water as its been our of service for sometime. The parking is about 300m distance from the hotel? Very difficult even to drop and bags off. The main street outside the hotel was very dirty. It did not look like a place you should fo out at night. I dont think i would stay here again.

Breakfast Services was great issue with the shower leak and hot water was so weak most of the time shower with cold water I have cold and flu in the end of my trip

The worst hotel experience I have ever had. Internet didnt work, no hot water, local tv only, noisy air conditioning, small rooms and no social area. The minibar goes off when you leave rhe room and receprion is almost always unattended. Front door is always closed or stucked. The owner of this place should guve it some attention and invest some money in the premises. NOT RECOMMEDED AT ALL.

In the heart of Neiva, Huila well looked after and friendly staff. The place was clean and well serviced. Felt secure and in house wi-fi works well.

The place was nice. Very central and near to everywhere. The service was very good they were very polite.

Property is decent, breakfast is ok. Zone is no quite and unsafe. I have to paid Additional fees.

It sucks on everthings

The room was comfortable with good a/c and wi-fi. The shower was strange in that there was a rain shower but it did not function like one. When you turn on the water, you get a gushing stream. The included breakfast was good but you don't get much. The hotel is located in the downtown area but I had to look hard to find a place to eat because I could not find a regular restaurant in the area.
