Amaris Pasar Baru has been my choice for a long time. But when I stayed yesterday, I felt that there were many shortcomings: 1. Amenities were not immediately available when checking in, had to be requested first 2. The bathroom water was always stagnant at the entrance which could be dangerous. I don't really understand whether there was a leak from the bidet hose or what. I also found baby cockroaches in the bathroom. 3. For children's bf, they were charged 70k, but the variety of food was lacking compared to other hotels with the same bf charge 4. The pillows were no longer clean and white, they looked shabby. Maybe it's time to replace them Hopefully this will be input for the hotel

For the price of 300, you can get breakfast, it's really worth it, the room is also okay. Unfortunately, the AC is not cold enough, even though it's at 16, it's like 25-30. Hopefully it will be fixed soon.

If I may suggest, for the bedroom you could add a thermos with coffee and sugar.

Overall it's okay. From check in at 13:00, breakfast is also good but not very varied. The hotel staff service is friendly from the receptionist, security guard, cleaning staff. I was very comfortable while staying at Amaris Pasar Baru. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Surprisingly the room is really small wkwk compared to other Amaris branches. There is also only 1 slipper even though there are 2 guests. The room is a bit dim especially the bathroom. I was really shocked when the water heater didn't turn on at night HUF. The food is okay, the porridge is the best! Thanks
