El hotel está bien ubicado, el personal es muy grosero, las luces de una pantalla publicitaria gigante que queda enfrente, no deja dormir. Por ese mismo sector se consiguen mejores ofertas al mismo precio o algo menor.

Not at all a "boutique hotel"!!! rooms not confortable, quality of food terrible, parking even worst, this hotel is less than 2 stars

Good location for world trade center visitors and first time visitot for mexico city.

I feel like Im in my second house when I go to this hotel, between the staff and the amenities is a great place to stayed. And I will be coming back.

Its a good hotel The only thing I don’t like is very narrow in the allow to get to the room or the elevator

Great location if you have business at the World Trade Center. There are many restaurants within walking distance. The suites are comfortableand attractive, but the smaller room are small and don'thave an isolated bathroom. The breakfast is verumy nice, with scrambled aggs cooked to order .

The staff were excellent especially the lady who cooked our breakfast.

We loved our stay. We thought the price was very cheap for a suite and the room was amazing. The staff was incredibly helpful and welcoming. We will definitely be staying here again next year.

Met my expactations as i was attending a congress at the WTC. Hence when i arrives I was surprise to see 9 high stairs welcoming me to enter the re eption hall.

I had a minor issue with the a/c but it is a very nice hotel, convenient if going to the WTC Mexico.

Stayed here whilst attending a convention, was very pleasantly surprised by the proximity to the convention center and how good value it was. Really nice rooms, very helpful staff and a gym which is unusual for a boutique hotel. Great fresh breakfast too, would definitely stay again!

It is a comfortable hotel in the WTC area. Lot of restaurants and coffee shops all around. Rooms are functional. Breakfast a little minimal.

Small hotel but staff was excellent. Room was spacious and clean. Location is great with lots of bars and restaurants within a short walking distance. Only complaint was the in room safe was broken...
