Sorry but I had a bad experience. A lot of bedbugs I got bitten everywhere. The bed in general is of poor quality. Never again!

Great food, customer service 👌, and clean, nice size comfortable bedrooms.

This hotel is in an ideal location and not far from points of interest. It is our 1st time to Citluk, near Medjugorje. The staff made us feel so welcome and was helping us plan our visit to the surrounding country side. The rooms are clean and modern and free Wifi. Hotel's personal in the reception and dining room were very efficient and helpful. The restaurant for dinner is very good. Breakfast is served as in small family hotel and you can get anything you ask for. Excellent stay and quality hotel and staff.

Nice Hotel, near to Medjugorje. Taxi Ride 10 Euros. Nice Room. Nice Staff. Nice food. Indoor swimming pool.

The room was large and very clean. The windows kept out all the street noise. It had a very comfortable bed, a lounge chair, a desk and chair, a large closet, a great bathroom. The wireless internet connection was very quick, the Tv had some cable channel s/a CNN. The buffet breakfast was good. There was plenty of parking for the hotel. There was an elevator in hotel so we only had to carry our suitcases a half a flight of stairs to the hotel. The towels were soft and large enough. The lobby was clean and bright. THere is a nice little bar downstairs, the swimming pool was good. The staff was always very helpful, they had great recommendations for restaurants.

The only complaint is that the Hotel is not really in Medugorje as one would think from the address given while booking; it is about 8 Km from the village center. OK if you have a car.

Hotel nuovo, manca ancora esperienza. Migliorerà! Va bene per dormire, i servizi arriveranno. Manca bidet (in un hotel appena costruito dovrebbe esserci), la Wi-Fi è debolissima, mancano le ciabatte (non che siano indispensabili, ma nella loro pubblicità erano citate come dotazione della camera ed io non le ho portate!). Il personale però è molto molto gentile e disponile. Ristorante annesso: caffè espresso buono.

Non ho potuto utilizzare le strutture dell'albergo perché sono sempre stato a medjugorje durante il giorno. Ho trovato però il personale molto gentile e disponibile, per qualsiasi mia richiesta.

L'Hotel e' eccellente. Nuovo (ancora in fase di completamento) ma gia' ampiamente utilizzabile. Il personale e' cordiale. Le camere sono belle e pulite. L'albergo dista 5Km da Medugorje, pertanto e' necessaria l'auto per spostarsi, ma il paesino di Citluk e' molto tranquillo.
