Location of the hotel is good. The decor is ok, but dated. Breakfast offering and service were good. The one thing that was lacking was the cleanliness. Bed side cabinet had glass marks from previous guests that were not cleaned during my 2 day stay, bathroom/shower were not clean properly. As my room was overlooking the street, trams were very noisy but there is not much that can be done about it.

Nice hotel we love it

I have booked double standard room and received some corner room with tiny window and side small tv that you couldn’t ever watch if you don’t lay down on the right side of the bed. The rooms are dark anyway, this small window made room even smaller. Didn’t like it at all Instead of one big duvet you get two small tiny duvets.

Improve your gym. It’s not sufficient for a 4 star hotel. The gym id very poor.

We had a comfortable stay at the hotel the rooms are lovely and very clean. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great and the evening meal, couldn’t fault it. Overall we had nothing negative to say and we would stay again.

Good location And clean rooms with enough space for a crib

The staff is excellent. They couldn't be any friendlier. Food is excellent. The entire hotel is sparkling clean. The spa is great. Rooms a comfy, silent, and provide guests with what a traveller needs. Once again, I'd like to stress out that the staff is awesome. I strongly recomend this property when visiting Szczecin.

The best breakfast

Three nights September 2021. Location good, rooms good, breakfast good, but reception area was too small. For business you need good chairs, sofas for relaxing after day's work. I miss good reception/relaxation area.

I think this hotel is a 3-star not 4, for several reasons. (we stayed in room 402) The bathrooms are not pleasant and the shower was broken and anyway not nice. Water ended up all over the floor and never dried while we were there. The whole room showed clear signs of wear, including the sheets, furniture and walls. The bar staff was unorganized and seemed to not know how any of their systems worked. There was construction near the hotel and they didn’t organize any place for temporary parking. We ended up having to park on a dirt road 500m away.

Comfortable and clean, slightly out of the way

Interiors with lots of black, gold and mirrors. It creates a very luxurious feel

Professional and helpful front desk staff. Rooms are clean with cold A/C on the hottest day of the year, and the best blackout curtains. Good space, though there is quite a bit of furniture and lots of mirrors. The tram line is a few feet away.

Awful beef tartar. No shower, only bath. Poor parking with no description close to shopping center.

I was only passing through when I stayed at this hotel. Lovely breakfast, nice a la carte and great service. The room was clean, had AC and was luxurious. I was aware of the building ‘pit’ it was surrounded with because of other reviews, but still it was surprising how rough the surrounding was. Also not sure if this is or isn’t a good area - apart from the mall (7 mins walk down the road) I didn’t notice anything worth a visit in its direct surroundings. But again, I could be mistaken since I was only passing through.

Hotel was nice but lacked any real atmosphere or communal area. The bar was actually the restaurant and stopped serving drinks at 11pm when we were asked to move to the foyer area. My room was nice, I booked a single, and although there were ‘two’ beds in it, there wasn’t much space.

Very elegant and comfortable hotel.

Nice rooms and very pretty Hotel. They have spent much effort to get the interior of the rooms to look expensive with success I must say. We have nothing except from no air conditioning to complain about.
