Great hotel and the staff do their best. We had a couple of hiccups with consistent housekeeping but they fixed the situation every time we brought it to their attention. We loved how beautiful the property was, the views and the location. The restaurants on sight were awesome.

The room was large and spacious. Beautiful view of the ocean. Spa was top notch. They are strict about check-in and check-out times

The Forced Valet was AWFUL to say the least. 20-30 minutes waiting on my vehicle. The 200 dollar per night was another surprise on top of a balance of 200 plus. For the price I could have stayed somewhere better. Lesson learned. Patio furniture and inside were dusty and dirty. Front desk does not discuss anything when checking in nor out as far as extra fees. They ramble through whats located on property which would be better if they provided a pamphlet with the information. Im just disappointed all together

Took a weekend trip to Ft. Lauderdale, our first time visiting. Glad we selected the Conrad. It's located at the beach and has two restaurants on site. For food, I recommend Takato. Excellent fir dinner and breakfast. We stayed in a junior suite with a partial ocean view. I was excited and thankful that there was tile instead of carpeting. The suite was clean, spacious, and comfortable. We both agreed that we would return.

Our plane landed at 9:00 AM and check in wasn't until 4. When we arrived at the hotel, not only were they able to store our luggage for us, they gave us access to the property with a temporary key card. Clemuel, checked to see if he could get us checked in early and he was able to deliver. His customer service was absolutely amazing and our room view was incredible. We will definitely be back. Thank you Clemuel and the staff at the Conrad for being absolutely on point with everything. We appreciate it.

Hotel is stunning, but so many hidden fees. Be prepared to pay $200 a night for incidentals, $45 dollars a night for what they offer at the hotel (that you may not use like us) and was not mentioned, and $60 a night for parking!!!

Everything was excellent

This is a great hotel. My only complaint is the lack of breakfast cafe. The market is fine, but the food and drink must be brought to your room as there are no tables.

Faydian was the lady that cleaned our room and she did a fabulous job!!! Everything was so clean and smelled so good after daily cleaning.

The stay was comfortable and utterly pleasant. All staff I encountered were friendly and helpful.
