The Golden Heritage site was just getting up and running for the Summer when we stayed. The pool was newly cleaned and we had it to ourselves, which was great. The site is run by a friendly father/daughter team, who welcomed us warmly even when we turned up without booking ahead. The new 'log cabin' style houses and onsite shop have great potential - we had a peek preview! The site is a (somewhat hilly) ten minute walk from the town and beach.
