A hotel that I think is quite good. From the efficient check-in/check-out process, every moment was pleasant. In addition, the hotel has a very safe environment. Overall, I had a great experience, the staff was very helpful, and the facilities were very good.

There is no solution for a bathroom with a broken flush and a bathroom with a hole in the roof.

Book a room for 5 days, only used it for a day and checked out immediately, not again. Old hotel seems not well maintained, Location is ok in the middle of the city, but the atmosphere, Room cleanliness is dusty, torn sheets are dull, bathroom is not good. Not comfortable. Sorry

I didn't have time to take a photo of the condition of the room but what is clear is that there they asked me to pay again because they said the price didn't match the standard of the room, the AC was hot (the room wasn't cold), the bathroom was a bit smelly, the sheets were dirty so I asked the staff to change them again

Pesanan tidak memuaskan karena kata petugas saya pilih kamar harga 140k di hotel ini tidak ada jadi di haruskan upgrade nambh harga 30k. Menurut petugas hal ini dikarenakan kntrak dengan traveloka sudah selesai dan tidak lanjut tp hotel masih ada di traveloka

Aslinya gak sesuai dengan foto di traveloka, di traveloka tvnya sudah lcd, toilet duduk, dan shower. Waktu masuk kamar kaget kok beda banget, saya konfirmasi dengan resepsionis ternyata yang saya inginkan itu tipe yang lebih mahal, jadi kalo mau nambah bayar kekurangannya aja. Ya kan saya booking sesuai yang saya liat di traveloka, harusnya display dan aslinya ya sama dong. Kalo ternyata beda tipe ya dikoreksi foto diaplikasinya. Fasilitas cukup, parkir agak sempit, lokasi strategis.

I ordered a deluxe one when it arrived I was given a standard one, the reason was that there was an application problem, and the room I was in really didn't deserve to be called a hotel. Lots of cobwebs on the windows, and some sort of old unoccupied room. I only stayed 6 hours because in the morning I had to continue my journey. The bottom line is really not a recommendation and very disappointing. It's a shame I don't have a photo, but this is a true story.

The second time I spent the night, perfect for a break from the tired journey up the mountain.
