Used to be a better hotel with better breakfast, now it just seems dated.

Awesome place when in transit thru campinas

We had such an incredible time at the Radisson the staff are wonderful the check in was easy. The breakfast was fabulous. They had a juice bar which you could choose your own fruit and and mint etc and they would make it for you at no extra charge. absolutely loved this. They also helped me. I left something in the room and they went out of their way Above And beyond to find it and I was really grateful for their help, and locating it.

Good place to stay in a safe area of town.

Nice hotel, however, for my visit they were unable to fill up the shower gel, next to my room was some sort of fan that ran on and off which was loud during the night. Poor service in the restaurant, waited 15 minutes to get served before giving up.

The staff are always great! The place is clean and well decorated. We always enjoy our stay. Breakfast is superb! Easy to walk around to restaurants and shops.

Every time, I come to Brazil, Campinas, I only stay here. Very nice hotel, facilities and specially the staff! Congratulations! Continue the wonderful work you do!

Very friendly and helpful staff..

It was wonderful

The property and rooms were absolutely lovely. Everything is quite new, modern and trendy. They have a nice games room and pool. There are some quirky things around the property like a selfie camera and pirate maps. Staff were very friendly and helpful providing tips what to do around the area. We needed a crib during our stay and they had them available for us to use which was perfect. The breakfast was superb !! Delicious buffet and juices. You can also order tapioca off menu.

Nice location in Campinas and one of the newest hotels so it is my favorite stay

Well located hotel with nice design and modern facilities. There's also a good restaurant on the ground floor, which offers room service. Beds are comfortable, rooms are reasonably sized. Points to improve: poor soundproofing (we could hear the people next door as if they were inside our room), bad service during breakfast (our order never arrived, nobody came to check at any point).
