I asked them for an early morning wake-up call and to book a taxi they forgot to do both! I was very lucky not to miss my flight! If they can’t do simple things like this they shouldn’t be a hotel!

Hotel was rather new but with pre-historic speed of broadband. It was at best 3Mbps.

Totally amazing hotel, brand new facilities which is why. The rooms were spectacular and so clean. Very happy and will be staying again. There is not really anything around, there is a shopping centre next to the hotel but you are away from a lot of things in Yiwu.

A shady experience. They wanted 1000 Yuan at check-in (CASH ONLY) and they would not take a credit card - telling us some story about the credit card system updating for two days. Can you imagine a business unable to take credit cards for two days? Stupid. They would also enter the rooms unannounced and we found them in our rooms at odd hours - not cleaning - just people in the rooms. They acted very suspiciously and I would never go back there. I travel to Asia and Europe often - and I know a shady experience when I find it - I would avoid this hotel and request that they learn to take credit cards.

Shower equipment was broken.
