This hotel is supposedly five stars, but it barely makes it past three. It’s run down and disappointing. The tub is just behind the shower stall, but the towels are above the tub, so in order to grab your towel after you’ve showered you must climb over the tub, which makes it uncomfortable and even dangerous, especially if you’re short in stature. The breakfast is alright, but the coffee was particularly terrible. We would not choose this hotel again, especially when there are others in the atea area that are actually five stars.

Beautiful hotel, loved our room, bed was comfortable, sofa in room was clean and comfortable as well, the whole service was amazing, didn’t take longer than 5 minutes for any request we made. All staff were friendly, nice and professional.

Very good staff and excellent customer service, specially house keepers cleaned my room everyday which I liked it. Very respectful staff. I highly recommend this hotel.

Not a real 5-star hotel. Staff are nice. The hotel is more like a 3-star hotel considering the North American standards.

All is good in the hotel. Fast wifi, great service. The only minus is the lighting in the room. Too dark. Otherwise a great stay.
