Beautiful room and great location.

We stayed two nights and had a pool view room with balcony. I was impressed with the condition of the hotel and friendly reception of the hotel staff, we enjoyed the stay and everything was perfect. We did not opt for the breakfast or eat at the restaurant but the menu looked very good and I could see other people enjoying the breakfast and what appeared to be a very nice buffet. We easily walked to old town and also to the ferry docks each way for the crossing to Tangier which is highly recommended. We walked to the beach about 5 minutes and watched the sunset, parking at the hotel for our rental car was free, safe, and secure. We rented a car from the Malagra airport and drove to Tarifa in a few short hours, we were able to see Gibraltar and Tangier easily with plenty of time for looking around in 3 days and two nights in the hotel. I would say that the other reviews we read of this hotel were slightly underrated and we found it to be outstanding and highly recommended.

Yes it was all good

The rooms were nice and it’s a nice hotel, but the pools were shut off for the season and the price didn’t reflect that. Do not eat at the restaurant in the hotel. The food was terrible. Possibly the worst food we’ve had in years ….or ever.

Great Hotel .. I really liked the layout and the decoration of the hotel is beatiful. The Pool is a good size and the Rooftop bar was a highlight. We watched the sunset.

Overall, this hotel was fine to stay at. Skip breakfast, though. It is terrible in terms of selection and quality.

The shells in the lampshade were so loud it sounded like we were sleeping under church bells and were ver disturbing

4/5 is fair. We’ve stayed here a few times before so we knew what to expect. It’s not 5* but that’s fine and it’s not advertised as such. Overall, a pleasant stay and we would stay again. Unfortunately had to change room around midnight on the first night as air conditioning didn’t work in addition to the ceiling fan - this was not ideal, but I guess it happens. Definite improvement area is better provision for gluten free guests at breakfast - this was sub par for a 4* hotel - need to do better here

Booked 2 rooms close together. They did not accomodate. Air-conditioning in our room did not work. Neither did the phone so had to keep going downstairs to tell them AC broken. Took technician 3 times to get it going and then it was stopped at 21 degrees but the other room had no such limit. Manager refused to speak to us or address concerns. Food and dining staff excellent. Room fine and quiet except for AC.

Comfortable rooms and very attentive service. I would stay again.
