This property is in the middle of Paris' vibrant antiques market. Safe, walkable and bustling with activity!

Great people, overdone marketing, poor information prior to arrival. This is a high concept hotel offering but it was at the expense of basic information like: What is the layout of the rooms? Where is reception? Where is parking? Who are the members staff? How do you get out of the car park? Why dont you know whether I have paid for parking or not? (The receptionist took a photo of the email on my phone as proof) Their mission statements were very clear but these simple facts were not. It was like staying in a escape room

Very small not many extras, but the room is very clean and cozy. If you’re doing sightseeing and not staying in your room much this is the ultimate place to be 5 to 10 minutes. Walk through a park to get to the subway works out great.

The place was nice and quiet. It was not near any major attractions but it was only 10 min walk from metro station. The only problem i faced was the reception. The reception is actually inside and the gates closed at night and early morning so had issues figuring how to find entrance as we checked in early in the morning. Other than that the stay was good and the room service was remarkable

For a low cost option, MHP was adequate. It was a 10 to 15 minute walk from either metro station and to get anywhere in Paris (attraction wise) took at least 40 minutes (10 minute walk and 30 minute ride). However, the hotel was clean, the staff was great, and the eating options around the hotel were adequate. It is a budget option so the room was cramped and small. You hang your clothes on the wall, no privacy in the bathroom, and not TV. Other than that, was worth the price we paid, but I would spend a bit more and stay closer to a metro line and closer to zone 1 in Paris.

Exceptional customer service but not the most ideal hotel for our stay for a family of four(a baby and toddler). We received a crib for the baby and extra bedding for the toddler but would have preferred separate rooms. The toilet in a separate room to the shower and sink was definitely inconvenient.

This reminds me of the ACE hotel in the early days. Limits on room temp are a little weird. We were able to stay warm, but it wasn’t ideal. Checkin was a 20min nightmare, but the property was lovely

Wish I had an opportunity to stay longer, great food, staff and rooms. Only issue I had was that my shower door did not properly close and you could tell there was water damage due to this. Otherwise great amenities, comfort and safe location for someone traveling solo.

Loved the terrace!

Everything was great, the amenities are fantastic, spacious amazing designed rooms, cleaning staff was quite rude to us, we came to our room twice in the day to find our room half cleaned and when we were resting in our unfinished cleaned room they came in all upset and almost kicking us out.

Hotel is very average. Check in was poor. Nothing was explained. Room was small and open plan. No privacy for a family of 3. There was parking but there were no signs for it. All round very average experience.

Room very small for three people. Single bed was a mattress on top of a board, very uncomfortable . No storage. Outside noise very loud.. However staff very helpful and professional. Outside court yard very pleasant to have a drink on an hot Parisian night .

Fantastic little place in the middle of Paris. Great breakfast and pizza and the staff are super helpful. Near the metro for easy access to the more central points in Paris. Would highly recommend

Room is to small , no ref no microwave , no American outlet, to far in every scenic place.

It was good overall.The let down was had an event to go to and the whole hotel had no iron, what was strange was the fact that everyone of the staff members thought it was not normal not to have one. This is an eco hotel so no tvs in the rooms and you have to request house keeping. Hotel it’s self I can’t fault it. It’s the area that I had a problem with it’s amongst derelict buildings in a run down area. They are 2 stations nearby. Would I stay there again probably not
