Clean and comfortable, especially the included breakfast and the amenditis like gym. Except that in the beginning, they cannot find my order.

It was amazing. The staff was really helpful and friendly. The robot that helped the staff was great as well. 10/10 would recommend!!

I visited there to attend shanghai paperworld. it was a pleasant stay. i will say value for money. its a bit far from other places but it all right. i loved the room. spacious considering other chinese hotels. nice decor. will come back for sure.

Generally location is about 8km from Hongqiao airport and train station which take about 30 minutes to reach from hotel. staff is helpful

Generally good stay, room was clean. Staff could be more professional and polite when compare to other hotels in Shanghai.

位置还好，虽然不在市区，地铁需要步行20分钟。周围比较空旷。但是并不安静。空调不制冷。且很吵。这是唯一的缺点。
