Loved my stay at the Bisha-from the moment I arrived they were so helpful. My room was so chic and loved the decor. I travel a lot and this stay really stood out from other stays....

Exceptionally clean, unique experience with exceptional staff, management, and even room service meals were outstanding. We only stayed one night (our Toronto stay was part of a road trip) but we'll definitely be back. Bring money but it's well worth it.

Truly a fabulous stay! Every single employee was so kind and helpful, they all seemed really genuine and absolutely made our experience a great one. The location is perfect. The hotel and room itself was very alternative and chic. Valet parking was very easy, as was checking in and out. Highly recommend!

Staff was great. The room was awesome. They gave me an upgraded room too with better lighting and view. Restaurant choices in the hotel were very nice. The food was great. Loved that place. Would definitely go back and stay at the Bisha Hotel again

The customer service was exceptional

The whole experience at the Bisha Hotel was just great, I can't say there was anything that wasn't ... except perhaps the weather, which was terrifically wintery, but that was beyond the scope of even the capable hands at the Bisha Toronto.
