There was a flea or bedbugs on the bed when we asked the staff the only accommodation was to change the bedsheets, and then they also said it was us who brought the bugs with us

Do not make the mistake of booking here, my room was completely contaminated with black mold and made it difficult to breathe. I have included photos, however there was much more mold, I just did not feel safe staying there any longer. I arrived for check-in at 6:00 AM, ran some errands and checked out of there that same night, even though I had a three night reservation. The employee at the reception desk was polite and offered to transfer me to another property. However, if one property (Bog Urban Hotel) has mold, chances are their other property does too. After showing the pictures they still refused to give me any sort of partial refund.

This property would not honor the Expedia reservation

From start to finish the hotel receptionist, cleaning/breakfast staff, even the hotel driver, more than met my family and my expectations! Very friendly, accommodating, and willing to go the extra mile for hotel guests. As far as the room, very clean, well stocked and more than served the purpose of our trip!

Where to begin with, the water pressure was low and they had cold water. Also, the staff was very rude towards me when asking a simple question. There are a lot of options in the area , so please do not go there.

My plans suddenly changed and the place where I was originally staying was no longer an option. Hence, I chose to stay in BOG URBAN. Great choice, super friendly and helpful staff, exceptionally clean and comfortable, and in a good neighborhood. I do not speak Spanish, but we were able to communicate via Google translator. If I ever return to Bogata, I would stay at this hotel again.

The staff were friendly and helpful. However, the walls and floor were incredibly thin and you could hear EVERYTHING from the surrounding rooms, construction outside, and people having breakfast downstairs. Also not nearly as well located as I had read in other reviews. 20-30 min car ride to everything but the airport.

Everything perfect, with the exception that they don’t have a Security Guard at night.

Seems like staff doesn't tell hotel guest they can't smoke in hallways and they lack control of hotel guest having parties in room. Allowing other people that are not hotel guest to roam around the floors alone. Hotel and rooms are small with thin walls, but are average, breakfast is ok, area has limited restaurants. Overall I give it a 3.5 out of 10 for lack of controlling unregistered hotel guest and the smoking in hallways with paper thin walls.

New hotel odd that there is no thermostat in room but that is typical in Bogata.

El servicio, el desayuno y los implementos de aseo no tienen la calidad esperada por el precio del hotel.

Si van a ir cerca de la embajada de una sola noche es super cerca

Me cobraron los impuestos y según la reserva estaban incluidos y le precio pagado en la aplicación era precio total.

La cama era un poco incomoda, de resto no tengo quejas
