The view and the place! Amazing

Tout était vraiment super et relaxant comme on le voulait. Le serveur de dimanche matin etait toujours tres pressé et ne faisait pas un bon suivi pour la clmmande.

Bien que le séjour n’ait eté que d’une nuitée, tout était parfait! Excellent service à l’arrivée. Surclassement de la chambre. Ils ont très bien répondu à notre demande pour avoir la chambre avant 16h00 à cause de notre évènement, un 50e anniversaire de mariage.

A beautiful stay at the lake with all the amenities included.

Tout était parfait

Check in was easy, and quick. We had hoped for a room with two queens but when we booked only a king and pull out was avaiable, which which we accepted on the basis of an assured topper. I followeded up twice ont he topper avaiabily (Side note-I really dont know when hotles use pullouts, they are never comfrtable). I was assured in writing that there would be a topper for the bed. Upon arrival they lightsly told me they were buys and none were available. This was really upsetting as my child who was using the pullout really needs their sleep!

Terrible resort, Staff not good at all. Fatima the front receptionist overcharged me the day I showed up rather than what Expedia already had promised me. Arianne the front desk receptionist wasn't nice at all. I called her 10pm at night when the tv and AC wasn't working; they degraded my room with no view trees all around. When you check out there is no staff at all until 7 am (never have a I seen that). Terrible place, killed approx. 5 bugs/roaches in the room, called the front desk multiple times on day 2 to clean up no one came to do a cleanup, after telling me they will. Next door guests complained as well about ants all over the rooms. Worst thing, not a friendly staff at all. clean hotel, but everything else 0/10.

The hotel is very nice and clean, and the front desk staff is very helpful. The family suite was spacious, which worked well for our family of six. I also enjoyed the location—it was close enough to Québec City’s attractions while still allowing us to enjoy the lake and a quieter setting. The resort amenities are simply not large enough for the number of people they allow on the property. The pool is very small, with a posted limit of 15 people, yet there were often 40 or more people in it and no available seating. The lake area also rarely had any chairs available. We frequently had to wait to use the kayaks and paddleboards, which would have been understandable if there were reasonable time limits. Unfortunately, there were none. One time I waited for the only two-person kayak while the guests using it continued taking turns with other people instead of returning it. Staff appeared unwilling to enforce any rules or address the situation, leaving us waiting Parking can also become a problem during events. The resort also needs to do a much better job enforcing its own policies and holding guests accountable. One morning my husband tried to use the gym, but there were about five children under the age of 10 running around, making noise, and attempting to use the equipment as if it were a playground. Because of the overcrowding and lack of accountability, the atmosphere was far less peaceful than we expected. We likely would not return because the resort is simply too smal

Amazing stay, very clean rooms, lots of activities to do and at a beautiful location. My kids never wanted to leave!

Wonderful stay and beautiful hotel and location!

This hotel is a real trap: they do not clean the room (or change the towels, make the bed, etc) if you stay two nights or less. Soon they will likely ask a supplement to put a bed in the room! This is completely unacceptable.

Bel hôtel. Les chambres sont spacieuses et propres. Mon seul point est qu’il est difficile de se faire servir au restaurant et bar le soir. C’est long et la serveuse était vraiment mêlée :) Se trompe dans les factures et les consommations. Pour le prix, il devrait ajouter du personnel. Le stationnement a été un problème. Aucun stationnement de disponible à notre arrivée. j’ai du laisser mon véhicule au Lobby pendant 90 minutes avant d’avoir une place.
