Had the most lovely weekend getaway here! Fatima checked us in and she was simply the best!! I hope her manager reads this review because we want them to know just how valuable Fatima is to your team. She was kind, super professional and made customer service her priority. We were so impressed by her - thank you Fatima! The resort is beautiful with excellent staff in all areas who are all very pleasant & accommodating. We will definitely be returning in the summer! Keep up the amazing job!

Staff is great as usual, very nice and outgoing rooms were great amenities generally amazing but too many fireplaces weren't working and usually the restaurant was amazing but the Valentine's supper was mediocre at best, loved our stay however, just constructive criticism!

The skating on the lake was amazing, enjoyed the jacuzzi, good dinner and breakfast. Hope the tvs can be upgraded to smart tvs. Staff was very accommodating for my very limited French

Très bel endroit

Great overall stay at Entourage-sur-le-Lac. Clean room with many utilities. There's a lot of free activities to do on site (we stayed during winter) like fat bikes, ice skating, spa, sauna. It is 5 minutes from ski mountain Le Relais, and 20 minutes from ski Stoneham. We stayed as a couple but there is also many activities for kids at the hotel, all available in a playroom. Definitely would like to go back with the family this time! Small concern, there could be more EV charging stations.
