no-one was there. the place was closed, shut, and in the dark.

Very accommodating staff

A very nice hotel, beautiful grounds in an old castle completely modernized. A bit out of the way but amazing hiking right outside. staff was extremely helpful and breakfast was excellent.

The property was quiet and in a very pleasant area.

If you are old enough to remember youth hostels, this will suit you! Definitely not 4*. Based on hotel video was fantastic but our experience very different. They have NO double beds. Singles are just pushed together not even made into a double. No double sheet on top to make into a double. Reception closed at 10pm. First morning breakfast served on tiered trays in bar/ reception. Second morning full buffet, , but hot food dry due to heat lamps but better than first morning. No lift in our accommodation block. Appears to be a training/ tutoring facility with seminar rooms and a block solely for group sessions. No multilingual information. Vineyard looked nice. Room clean but no servicing during our stay. Hotel is basic at best definitely not a 4 *

Average Hotel . Simple hotel a bit far from Bonn

Absolutely beautiful view of Bonn, staff was very friendly and breakfast was amazing. Would totally go back to this hotel and recommend to friends

Room was hot but had great view of the Rhein river. Reception hard to find. Keep looking to your right as you drive through the complex. Missed it twice looking ahead and not to the right after each turn. Close to Drachenfels castle but a car still needed. Very clean and nice! Vineyards at your door very scenic.

Interesting location, but more of a conference centre than a hotel. However the rooms were very clean and comfortable plus the breakfast was decent

Location was very good, receptionists were so welcome and breakfast was very good the especial for this hotel is it that the rooms and lobby aren't in same building but it wasn't matter for us

Nicely situated hotel good breakfast helpful staff

Booked ground floor,got ground floor but up 3 flights of outside stairs no hand rail ,also booked rooms next to our friend s we were at opposite ends of the building , Booking in and out was a trial

Check in closed at 11pm and although I arrived after this time, I was still not notified of the code to get my keys to my room. considering I had a room booked and hadn't yet arrived do to a delayed flight, the hotel should have known I was coming and sent me the information I required.

A Good place, quiet nice surroundings. Good value for money. Tasty breakfast.

The hotel is located a bit away from the city, it took us some time to find it. There are a lot of parking places, but there are chances that all parking places near the hotel will be taken, and another parking is quite away from the hotel. There several buildings at the hotel, we stayed at “Garden house” which is about 50 meters from main hotel building and closest parking. The rooms look fine, with everything clean and cozy inside, and with very big windows looking from the hill. Soap and shower gel were almost empty, so it was good that we had ours. Breakfast was good with choice of food, though service was not great, service lady cared mostly about room numbers, and was reluctant to help with anything. Checkout was the slowest I have ever had. It took 15 minutes for the guy to see if they got money from Hotels.com and calculate what tax we have to pay.

The breakfast was excellent and our room was very nice. I wish we could have stayed here more nights!
