No habían cosas básicas como jabón, las toallas estaban manchadas. El servicio en recepción y restaurante demorado y poco amable. No nos registraron adecuadamente, tanto en el restaurante como al momento del check out comprobamos que como huésped de nuestra habitación aparecía el nombre de otra persona.

Check in was good. The room was OK. TV didn’t work well no Internet WiFi service in the room. The hot tub didn’t have a lot of power, although the water was really hot. The area was pretty bad, but that’s to be expected in center city.

Whith all the respect. Hotel on tik tok looks awsome.in reality. Not good. Like Homeless people, living in there. Roaches. Dirt. And if you pay .no money back

For the price, very good. Surround area very busy, did not return to hotel after dusk, and definitely not after dark.

Staff are efficient, friendly but respectful, very helpful. I felt uneasy with the surrounding area so I ensured I returned to the hotel at the latest at dusk and never after dark.

As the old saying quoted. “ Are you certainly get what you pay for”?. I was not impressed with the hotel once I asked you arrived. If you’re looking for a place that is cheap? Well, this is your spot. Because of the conditions of the hotel, my guess and I did not do the breakfast. I would not recommend this hotel as long-term stay. Along with the back conditions of the hotel and the somewhat dicey area. We also had roaches staying with us too.

Middle of worst part of Medellin. Asked for an airport pickup, never heard a response. Tried to get a taxi to hotel from airport, the driver said it was too dangerous and wanted me to pay double.. I paid double, when i got to the hotel after 11pm, their was no way to check into the hotel, no staff available. Taxi driver nervous told me to get in the car and we had to leave. tried to contact hotel, never responded. Asked for a refund, they wouldn't give it. I love adventure and danger, but this place was straight out of medellin dangerous.

El servicio al cliente excelente. Sin embargo faltaría un personal que inspeccione las habitaciones para pintarlas, cambiar las luces fundidas, limpiar y eliminar paredes con hongo, limpieza profunda en otras palabras condicionar más las habitaciones (ponerlas como se supone)

Door wouldn’t lock and tv would turn on and off every 5 secs but lucky changed the room

El hotel tiene problemas de cucarachas, sin tomar en cuenta que está ubicado en un lugar de mucho ruido y en las noches no se ve nada seguro. La atención de los chicos es excepcional. Pero si no recomiendo este hotel.

Absolutely nothing- I left immediately and went to a different hotel..the place surrounded by homeless people and high crimes, property conditions horrible

Great central location, lots to do within walking distance. The bellhop Robinson is awesome! Staff in general was great from Gustavo at the rooftop bar to the kind people at the front desk. A couple things to consider are that the rooms are not soundproof at all like advertised. You hear everything. Also, if you turn the sink pressure up high the water goes onto the floor. They look cool, but arent practical. Overall id easily stay there again. Its so affordable!

As other reviewers have noted, this hotel is in downtown Medellin. It is not a typical hotel for long term stay, it is a couples hotel for having fun. The rooms are quite beautiful, but they are not very functional. The beds are not made. They just give you clean sheets and blankets each day. Even though the rooms look nice, they have a lot of problems. The sinks, for example, cannot hold water so you cannot shave. The shower heads were loose and sprayed water all over the room. There is only one trash can in the bathroom. No desk, no closet, no safe, not even a valet to put your suitcase on. A lot of noise from the street outside (expected since it's downtown). They served the same thing for breakfast each morning and it wasn't very flavorful. There was only one person who spoke English well enough to help. If you are a couple looking for a place to have a night of fun, this hotel is good, but if you are looking for a hotel to stay at while you visit and explore Medellin, keep looking.

no hot water for 3 days, no compensation for that. On one room not even cold water worked. the neighberhoud is quite dangerous.

Our expectations were high, but this vanished from the first sight of the property and its surroundings, since it was late at night we decided to spend the night, the following day we contacted your cust.service to inform we were leaving the properrty. but your cust,serv, rep. told me he would have to consult the hotel management about restitution. we did not hear again from you. so in the afternoon we checked out and after checking out the lady at the reception desk told us that they would restituate the funds for the unused days to Expedia. Property is nice, they were doing construction when I was there so expect enhancements! The place is nice esthetically but it’s not meant for stays longer than a day. No microwave, no iron, no ironing board, no utensil for food, have to go up to the rooftop to get them. I changed my room originally because there was no AC and the ceiling fan was dull but at night it did cool down so I should’ve probably kept that room. I upgraded to a room with AC and a jacuzzi that sucks, shots water everywhere and got all over the floor. The noise from outside is unreal, being in my room I felt like I was outside. Thankfully I’m a simple person so I dealt with it all however
