Bed was not very confortable, and pillows too.

Basic and ‘honest’ hotel for the $. Power was cut off the and entire night and cable simply stopped working one day with no apparent solution in sight.

I visited the same Hotel Last Year The Location is very good because you can travel around without having to go in and out of the Center of Sao Paulo which takes hours. A new company runs the Hotel now named TROLL They know how to manage Hotels.

No geral não é ruim por conta do café da manhã. O quarto é bom mas pequeno. O banheiro também precisa de umas reformas. Mas o custo benefício ainda vale a pena

My only complaint was the fact they did not have any English channels! Sometimes I like to listen to the tv when I getting ready!

Black out. No emergency lights. Stairs dark. Did not inform guests of planned maintenance.

Osasco area is outside the Downtown area of Sao Paulo It is easy to get around to visit different places without the need to go through the downtown traffic, The Traffic in Downtown Sao Paulo is Crazy 24 hours You have to be very careful about the time you need to be in a meeting

excellent staff. Friendly. Helpful. Efficient. A special thanks to Jennifer at the reception. Room was larger than expected. Bed was very comfortable. Pillows could be better. Air conditioning was silent. Shower was great. The fridge in the room was great too. There was a large TV screen but I did not use it. Breakfast was good with a large selection of items (see pictures). The public transportation is abundant (buses immediately around) and the train (CPTM) station is a 15 minutes walk away with easy and cheap access to other parts of Sao Paulo or even to the airport (no direct connection though) Lots of restaurants, shopping centers and big supermarkets (Walmart, Carrefour, etc...) around. All in all a great choice. It is remote but accessible with good public transportation.

A great seven nights

It was good overall. Just some issues in the bathroom with the water leaking (nothing major) and it was not very clean when we got in

Cardápio do café foi excelente...Acomodação ótima, só wi-fi e a tv a cabo que foi péssimo...não tendo sinal algum... O Ramada hotel, ja foi muito bom...Chagávamos e tinha a cortesia, atendentes excelentes que me parece ja não tem mais, sempre com a tolerância no check-out, podiamos chegar mais cedo e tudo bem, e agora alem de ter que entrar mais tarde, acabou a tolerância...

Quartos em um deles com cheiro de mofo, a limpeza não segue as normas do hotel e acontecem muito tarde, ficamos um dia sem arrumação e em outro não trocaram as toalhas, alegando que estavam em falta Equipe simpática Café da manhã já foi bem melhor, frutas e pães com aparecia de serem do dia anterior

O hotel ja foi melhor, atualmente um dos quartos estava com cheiro de moto, o café da manhã de médio pra baixo. Sem opções de frutas, bolos e pães. A limpeza dos quartos, mesmo seguindo a regra, as vezes não ocorre ou acontece muito tarde. Houve um dia que não foram trocados as toalhas alegando que estava em falta

Tinha cabelos espalhados pela pia e pelo banheiro todo (e não era o nosso). Chão do quarto cheio de pelos. Lençol, cobertor e travesseiro péssimos (medo de não estarem nem limpos).

No visual parece perfeito, a localização sim, os quartos são pequenos, o café da manhã muito simples sem sabor, mas o pior é a cama e o travesseiro, fiz um reclamação na recepção sobre os travesseiros e foi colocado um pior no quarto, os funcionários são solícitos. Não recomendo.
