Hotel was in prime position and certainly excellent value for. I would like to commend Andres for single handedly saving our stay. After a very poor interaction with Juan Diego (extremely rude and sarcastic), Andres professionalism and warmth completely changed our perspective.

Everything was perfect, wonderful staff helpful and attentive. Perfect location , dinner in Panoramico was excellent and the rooftop pool area great for cooling off from summer heat. Recommend strongly!!!

If you're looking for a hotel in Ronda, this is the perfect place! Catalonia exceeded all our expectations! The location is exceptional, right at the bottom of the pedestrian shopping street and about a 5-minute walk to Puente Nuevo. The staff is so friendly, professional, and helpful. The hotel is immaculately clean and beautiful. When you walk in, you're met with the most delicious scent (which they don't sell, unfortunately) and self-serve ice cold orange and cucumber water. The rooftop views of the bull ring and mountains can't be beat! The pool area is the perfect spot to cool off and relax - lots of lounge chairs and also a warmer jacuzzi/jetted tub. You can order drinks using the QR codes and a server will bring them to you. The rooms and bathrooms are also large and equipped with everything you need. Towels are large bath sheets and high quality. You won't regret booking this hotel!

The hotel is excellent. Very spacious room with separate rooms for shower and bathtub and an area for vanity separate from the toilet. Comfortable bed and great air conditioning (cool room). The breakfast was very good and the room overlooking the mountains and the rooftop overlooking the mountains and the bullring arena. The staff was very pleasant and helpful.

Excellent hôtel

We had a very enjoyable relaxing stay at this wonderfully located hotel. All the staff were very welcoming and friendly. Our taxi parked in the square opposite the hotel on arrival and a staff member crossed the street and helped with our luggage. We had our best dinner in Ronda at the hotel on our last night & we don’t usually eat in hotels! The view from the restaurant/bar and pool up on the next level is stunning. The only catch is the sun loungers on the higher level at the pool have a fabulous view but no shade - the lower level has umbrellas but you look at a wall or face your fellow guests! Not ideal.

Hotel is very nice, loved our room. Staff was helpful and friendly. Good roof top lounge area and restaurant. Nice pool. Only negative was we were told there would be no problem getting a taxi on a Sunday morning at 7am. Unfortunately in the morning there were no taxis available and we missed our train. Cost us $150 for a taxi later in the morning to drive us to the next train station.

This location is a special one and the view from the rooftop is stunning. Would stay here again in a heartbeat. Didn’t eat at the hotel so cannot comment on food.

Nice hotel in a very good location. The pool area is lovely with a great view. Rooms are nice but pillows are awful. Took three requests to have them changed. In-room safe did not work and we asked three times for this to be rectified without success. Ironically there is a disclaimer in the room about not leaving valuables in the safe! Rooms at the front have a view of the bullring but it’s noisy in the morning, even though it’s a limited access road. This would be a problem for many probably. Oddest, and meanest, item was that they want to charge you for tiny packets of biscuits in the room - never, ever experienced that ever, anywhere in the world! Would we stay again, possibly, but they have some matters that need attention first.

Overall a really fantastic place to spend a night in Ronda. Easy to find in a great location, the room was clean and tidy and really spacious. Staff friendly and helpful and loved the roof top pool overlooking the bullring. Could have done with a few more sunloungers as it got busy late in the afternoon! Superb breakfast, lots of choice and catered for all needs. Would not hesitate to return and will definitely recommend.

This is a beautiful, modern hotel that is centrally located. The junior suite was perfect for us, especially the lovely bathroom and comfortable bed. We enjoyed drinks in the bar and dinner in the restaurant. The staff were all very kind.

Perfect location with good views

A lovely modern hotel in the heart of Ronda. Everything was exceptionally clean, stylish and very well maintained. The location is perfect for exploring the town, with all the main attractions just a short walk away. The staff were extremely helpful, friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. The breakfast was also well worth the extra cost, with a great selection of fresh, quality food to start the day. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit and would happily stay here again.
