Room was clean on arrival. Towel change every day except Sunday. Coffee and milk not always replenished and bed not made up. Safe threw up an error code the night before our 4am departure. Fortunately I’d decided to have our hand luggage ready. Had this occurred on the morning of our departure we’d have missed the pick up and probably the flight.

Everything was perfect we had an amazing time Thank you 😊

The staff were very friendly and always greeted us with a smile. The room was good - large, clean, and comfortable. The patio could use a good cleaning. Good area for shopping.

The facility maintains a pristine environment, and our team consists of highly skilled professionals.

Rooms were very untidy and the overall property condition for its age is poor. Very run down. Staff on the front desk were very accommodating when moving rooms for us due to a pest issue on the courtyard side. The rooms however are very dirty and bathroom grates obviously full of hair and grime. Walls you could see visible splatters and marks that could be wiped off.

The room felt neglected and not clean. Have stayed here many times but unfortunately the standard has dropped. The microwave smelt so dirty.

Convenient location, excellent customer service, very comfortable room. The TV programming did not include ABC channels, which was a bit annoying. Nonetheless, happy to recommend staying at the Quest Innaloo.

The room was modern and beautifully designed. Staff were professional and helpful. Very close to many restaurants and Westfield Shopping Centre. Twisties under the bed were visible on arrival. Cleaning staff may need to be reminded to look and clean under beds.

Friendly staff, convenient location, local shops, 10 mins from the beach, spacious room with all amenities we needed..our room was upgraded upon arrival. The only down side was the car parking was really tight if you have anything bigger than a small car
