Clean facilities, nice rooftop bar, and friendly staff!

I like how they greet you when you step out of the hotel and unlike how they greet you back like they’re welcome you back and that’s something that I like

Nice room. The noise level near elevator wasn’t great. Nice location and room was nice overall. Simple and small which is handy for a quick stay.

The place has a great location near to time square quiet area, the restaurant is great, room are clean and comfortable beds. They have a top roof bar. Best pizza in new york is about 5 min walk.

The check in process was very quick and easy. Lobby was clean and room was clean. The room was perfect for myself and my husband. The bed was comfortable and restroom/ shower was very clean.

It was a great experience, we will definitely return!

The kindness I noticed. The intentionality. The care. My daughter even felt safe enough to rest and so did I. In the city that never sleeps.

We stayed here for two nights. We really liked the property. The staff was awesome. Very centrally located to what New York has to offer. The only downside was the restaurant was expensive and very small portions of food that were very delicious but very small and very expensive. the concierge was awesome.

Great location! Staff was friendly and helpful. Josh was extremely helpful getting us to the airport on our last day. Would definitely recommend!

It was near everything

Room and property was clean and nice, but check in process and service was very poor. Took 3 check-in attempts to get things right. Got there early and they said they'd text when the room was ready, but they never did. By the time we checked in, they gave us the wrong room, then a room right across the elevators and claimed no other options. Then forgot to service our room the next day.

Great location and service was fantastic from check in to check out. Great roof-top bar!
