Not great breakfast and very small bedroom

Front desk staff was despondent, if not unfriendly. No drinking water available in the room (had to purchase from a cooler on lobby floor). Breakfast was ok, nothing special. Price was good, but you get what you pay for.

Staff friendliness and all of them speak English. Delicious and typical breakfast. Modern hotel. Right in front of a great shopping center.

This is easily the best hotel in São Bernardo, centrally located downtown adjacent to a Shopping Mall. Safe walkable neighborhood, typical Mall food court with local fare & US fast food offerings. Mall also has a great Gym & Cinema. Get the larger Suite for only a few extra reals per day, it’s worth it. Request a high floor as the City wakes early & typical big City street noise on the lower floors. The buffet breakfast is very good. We didn’t have dinner as the Mall also has a great Tex-Mex and Outback Steakhouse restaurants. Hotel staff speak Portuguese & At Least 1 English speaker at all times. Very friendly & helpful. Laundry & nice size gym as well. We stayed 3 weeks and we’re very comfortable.

O atendimento no cafe da manhã, dependendo do dia e dos funcionários wue la estão, é pesdimo, sem reposição dos itens e tratamento por vezes cheio de ma vontade e grosseiro.

Eu cheguei e minha reserva nao estava la. Inicialmente me falaram que estava lotado e depois q tinha um outro quarto, porem nao foi o q eu paguei. A recepção disse q o hotel sabia q estava lotado e manteve a vaga no site

En general buen hotel. Tuve un inconveniente con la habitacion que dejo de funcionar la tarjeta de la puerta pero lo solucionaron de inmediato cambiando de habitacion.

Muito boa . Excelente sem problemas. Única coisa que pode ser melhorado é o café da manhã com mais opções. E o estacionamento terceirizados para hóspedes do hotel poderia ser mais em conta . Do resto não tenho que falar. Tudo perfeito.

Chegamos a noite e no nosso quarto havia apenas 1 copo e 1 toalha de rosto.

Die Zimmer sind nicht sehr sauber. Die Betten unbequem. Keine Decke, nur ein Lacken. Das Frühstück bietet sehr wenig Auswahl, Kaffee ist furchtbar. Auch nach mehrmaliger Anfrage nach Omelett, kein einziges Mal erhalten.

Foi muito bom, com exceção da roupa de cama que tinha um odor muito forte! O edredom que tiramos do guarda-roupa não conseguimos nem usar devido ao cheiro
