The property is really nice with a rooftop bar, pool and breakfast. Close to shopping, great restaurants and remarcable city parks and historical walks.

Everything was great! Breakfast, cleanliness, staff, jacuzzi on the roof top, garage. The neighborhood was good but there is an emergency neighborhood 1 block away the hotel. The river is 2 blocks far from the hotel, very beautiful!

Late switch of accommodation saw us book into this upmarket budget hotel Big room, great shower decent bed. Only complaint is no kettle or water

New and modern hotel, comfortable rooms and parking facility, close to Alto Rosario mall, but the surroundings are not that safe to walk. The fridge in the room had no sodas or beverages. Very good breakfast.

Everything was very clean. Loved the pool area.

Did not provide complementary water. No tissue in the room. The shower bodywash was empty. Did not have an extra roll of toilet paper. The front desk staff very nice.

The staff were all very nice and accommodating; the hotel clean and modern. I experienced some issues with getting a parking space upon check-in, so if you have a car I would suggest contacting the hotel in advance to secure a space. If you plan to visit the pool, keep in mind it’s only open til 7pm.

Great location and amazing hospitality by the staff

Hotel is overall new, well located but the cleaning and bedding is not good. I’ve stayed there for one week for business purposes. Towels are old and yellowed, sheets and covers had stains and it was a humidity smell all the time. So easy to improve yet no one seems to pay attention

Wifi in room was erratic. Television had Spanish language option omly. Bathroom drain system smelled. The breakfast was ok. The hotel is located in a great area as far as safety goes. A mall and big food store nearby by where a taxi is always available.

Check out time is 10 am!! They carge you for the plastic room keys! Bathroom are awful. Staff are ridiculous

The staff at the Dazzler are excellent. Special mention of the great front desk who were always helpful.
