Very impressive, suitable for bringing family on vacation.. friendly staff.. cleanliness.. and security are very well maintained. complete facilities.. a little suggestion for the breakfast menu, increase the number of Indonesian menus.

The stay at The Residence was extremely pleasant! all the staffs were very helpful and friendly, and it was convenient getting around. Buggy service or complimentary bicycles were provided so transport within was a breeze. Food at Rica Rica and The Dining Room were great too. It was a really enjoyable getaway.
