Excellent et surtout l'accueil

2ème fois que je descends dans cet hotel et sans surprise tout etait parfait !

Bel appartement et proximité avec les châteaux de la Loire. Supermarché proche. Petit déjeuner parfait pour tous les goûts. Personnel aimable et réactif. Spa et sauna privatisables, et très agréables à utiliser. Dommage qu’il n’y ait pas de lave vaisselle et de terrasse dans les appartements. L’ascenseur était hors service.

Le Hôtel est très bien, le personnel est très gentil, j’ai l’impression qu’ils sont un peu désorganisés et débutants… Sinon les chambres sont top, les femmes de ménage sont géniales …

El hotel estaba muy bien y el restaurante que está en el hotel muy recomendable. No me gustó que nos enviaron aún edificio atrás del hotel que estaba como en remodelación. El cuarto no estaba tan limpio. El personal del hotel muy amable. Cerca del hotel está el Chateau Meung sur Loire muy recomendable

Chambre au rez de chaussée sur le parking : beaucoup de bruits, pas possible d'ouvrir la fenêtre sans que quelqu'un vous voit, odeur désagréable, lumière qui clignote même une fois éteinte. Chambre peu insonorisées : facile d'entendre les gens aller aux toilettes ou se doucher. Heureusement que le personnel est très sympathique et souriant :)

Hôtel 3* calme et très bien placé, proposant une restauration de qualité. Chambre peu spacieuse pour deux personnes. Bémol : mettre à disposition une bouteille en verre vide et laisser un mot pour dire d'aller la remplir soi-même à la fontaine au rez de chaussée si on veut de l'eau pour la nuit, c'est plutôt moyen pour un hôtel de ce niveau...

The property itself is well located and the staff are very friendly. When we visited however both elevators were out of service, which from the signage did not appear to be a recent development. Additionally all rooms’ AC is centrally controlled by the hotel and set to a toasty 25C which made for a hot and unnecessarily sticky night’s sleep.

This is the second time we have stayed here for an overnight stop on our way driving home from Spain. Spacious apartment with cooking facilities, great when travelling with children. However, there has always been something broken. This year, the air conditioning unit leaked water all down the wall/onto the floor, the bathroom extractor fan didn't work and one of the bedroom lights was broken. In previous years the balcony door has been broken, not great when travelling with small children. This year, it was filthy underneath the beds and the bed covers smelt as though they had been put away when still wet. Despite this, the staff have always been very helpful and friendly.

The room was very large. It had a living room space; a mini kitchen with an oven, stove top, and microwave; and a separate bedroom area. Good deal for the price.

Our stay was great, the local town had loads more than we were expecting and the apartment was great for our family trip

Comfortable apartment. Quiet in general, but an accidental fire alarm at 6am without any info or acknowledgement.
