Loved the hotel - room small and hallways tight, but that is typical for NYC. The Hide rooftop bar was beautiful and the food fantastic! My only complaint is that it wasn't quiet - you could hear others in the hall and nearby. The shower and products were wonderful. I would definitely return.

The staff were very professional, welcoming and accommodating. The room was very clean, tidy and quiet. I very much enjoyed my stay and highly recommend the location.

This is my second visit and it’s even better, than it was. I highly recommend it.

Excellent location

Great location, clean and updated room.

We enjoyed our stay at the Artezen Hotel. Parking was a little tricky but we managed to find street parking nearby. The area is very walkable. The hotel itself was clean and the staff were friendly, we were surprised to find out that they did not offer room service though.

The entry and room are well designed. People are nice.

Prices are high rooms are small. Was told at checkin the room would be quiet and away from the elevator. It was the closest room.... Not good. On the plus side there aren't too many rooms on each floor

This hotel should have 10 stars. The bed was so comfy I am ordering the same comforter for myself. Super clean, water and snacks in room included, just overall a wonderful experience. Stayed at 3 hotels my time in NY and this was my favorite.

Fabulous staff made this stay! An excellent location for us as we visited family in Brooklyn and went to a Broadway show. Very convenient access to all from Fulton Street Station across the street. Quick walk to waterfront shops and several great cafes close by. Will definitely return. The rooftop bar was beautiful.
