The staff was great and very helpful. Unfortunately the rooms weren’t great. The carpets are stained and we had to switch rooms because of cigarette smoke from another room coming into our room. In the other room we switched to, there was a problem with ants.

Quiet and near the airport for a quick overnight stay.

This is not the first time I stay at this hotel. About 2 years ago it was in a much better shape. It's as if they didn't keep up the maintenance. I think it's time to find a better deal elsewhere.

Unfortunately, not the best day very noisy as I was faced over the car park and believe it or not there was no kettle or tea making facilities in room Could not call the room down no air-conditioning

The description of this hotel offers airport transfer as an amenity. Upon arrival at the airport, I telephoned to find out how and where to get this transportation to the hotel. The person I spoke with was not that fluent in English, offered no advice. Taxis were not plentiful, and none wanted to take me the short distance. The airport was virtually empty with little assistance. I managed to share a ride with an English-speaking couple, who had pre-booked a ride. At the hotel, I requested a wake-up call for my pre-dawn flight, as well as a taxi. No call was forthcoming, nor was there anyone at the front desk. Fortunately, the driver appeared on time. For this, I was grateful to the receptionist. However, 24/7 reception was advertised but not a reality. The hotel was nice enough, would have been even better with the offering of bottled water and a coffee maker. List of amenities should be revised.

The room had a bad odor and we booked this hotel to also use the wellness (sauna and jacuzzi) but when we went down it was closed on Sunday and Mondays. Very disappointed, hotel facilities should be open everyday.

The property is only 10 min from the airport. Looks like a new hotel. It is generally used ONLY for those coming from or going to airport. Restaurant on location bar. Staff arranged a 04:15 taxi for us to airport for flight. Awesomely convenient.

Couldn't adjust my room temperature and bed was small and not great mattress but everything else was ok

Fridge in the room, but no water or anything to put in it. No tea or coffee provided Hotel is clean and airy. Single beds are a good large size. And comfy. Large Spar shop just around the corner.

The carpet was extremely dirty with black spot on it.

Great place to relax after the flight or night before your flight. Very clean, amazing staff, great breakfast buffet. Highly recommended!

Very convenient you can take abus to zagreb city centre and its about 20 minutes

Great location to the airport. Velika Gorica has a unique charm many cute small stores within walking distance. Breakfast was great!

We requested walk in shower for handicap which we got but the shower area had no door and the floor got very slippery and very dangerous for anyone.

Had a room charge for a dinner when we didn't even see the restaurant, had issues having it removed. Hotel is only good in proximity to airport (5min away) for a single night sleep, don't recommend being here more than 1 night. Door on room wouldn't close properly and no security knob on the room door.

Overall great property. All of the staff was nice and accomodating. They all spoke Croatian and English.

This property looks really great from the outside. Overall inside, it was alright. The room that we were in was carpeted and there were lots of stains in the carpet. There were also a few bugs (spiders, spider webs, and beetles). The spider webs specifically were in the window alcoves as well as near the roof by the vents (speaking to how detailed the room cleans are) Parking was readily available. Unfortunately there is no airport shuttle included in the room - the shuttle offered was slightly more money than to book your own Uber. Breakfast was offered at a surcharge but not available until 7am which was not great for an early morning flight. Overall, booked this hotel as a close airport hotel but there were unfortunately limited “perks” to staying so close to the airport at this location (no shuttle included, no restaurant) This hotel was clean enough and I would consider staying again if the price was appropriate.
