Friendly staff, clean room, memorable experience

Spacious room, comfortable, good view, convenient for traveling

The room is much larger than I thought, lots of amenities around,

Not friendly at all, both at the counter where we checked in and at the counter staff, really no goods, aka fed up

None of the staff were friendly from the moment we arrived until we left, especially the concierge staff who were old and annoying.

Towel is changed everyday, they clean the room everyday. A lot of food and beverage near by the hotel. MTR is nearby. Bus A11 to and from the airport is only 3 minutes away walk from the hotel.

Next to the hotel there is an Indonesian food stall, so it's easy to find food. And it's cheap

The location is very good. Near the market, near public transportation. Only on the first day of February 6th. The lights and everything went out completely from 11 pm to 2 am. So the room was very hot

This hotel is located in a shopping center, so Indonesian travelers will not have any difficulty finding typical Indonesian food.

Ramada near traditional market in north point. Smell but we can get cheaper water. Ramada didn't provide water for drinking
