The room was great and everything worked perfectly. There was plenty of hot water. The lighting in the room could be brighter for old guys like me who actually need more light to see stuff. And, the floor needed to be swept a bit better. Overall I had a really good stay. The bar prices were on the high side for sure.

I liked the swimming pool and ITS location on down town. I did'nt like that there was no spa at the property

This is above and beyond about hotel is Pucallpa. Nice ,organized and with too many amenities and the most important “ safe place “.

The staff here is so nice, and accommodating. Even though we arrived on their businest night of the year with a party in their ball room, check in was swift, everything was clean, and the staff all seemed relaxed.

I mentioned to the person helping us with the luggage about not having a safety box in the room and he communicated it and we were moved to a room with that service

Excellent breakfast buffet. Excellent restaurant with excellent service. I appreciated the absolutely top level accommodation here for what seemed like a very reasonable price.
