I really enjoy my staying at this hotel. Friendly staff, clean, great amenities, excellent restaurant. I also like the convenience of being able to get a massage and my eye browns done at the hotel.

clean and tidy

I have never given an online hotel review before but my experience here was outstanding. The hotel staff are really outstanding, especially the front desk and dining staff. So very gracious! There was a man who appeared to be "in charge" of the dining area (sorry I missed the name) who is a treasure! The lady in the small gift shop was a treat. We found the hotel to be very clean and well run. They were hosting a soccer team and the road crew of some big-time entertainers. They handled everything so well and we were not overwhelmed by the other large groups of guests. We ate the dining buffet for a breakfast, lunch, and two dinners as the hotel is not within easy walking distance to other restaurants. We were extremely pleased with the choices and the very high quality of the food. We looked forward to each of the meals we had in the hotel! BTW, we lost some items we needed earlier during our trip and a quick online delivery order from a local grocery store was an easy and cheap solution. Finally, while it's a bit of a distance from the historic center of town or a tour day on the river, it was the easy distance to the airport, which we wanted to maximize. I appreciated our location quite a bit for the logistics of our trip. The price. It was the only "deal" we thought we experienced in our whole three country visit to South America because the value of what we received was far and away above what we paid for the couple of nights at this hotel.

Nice place to stay and close to the airport

This was a decent hotel. A bit pricey for the area.

Had a late flight that was delayed. Showed up to hotel around 3:00 AM. Remarkable experience checked right in and went to bed. Breakfast was on point and a treat for all.

Conveniently located close to the airport. We stayed one night and were picked up by the Amazon tour operator.

Comfortable hotel. Only a sheet on the bed, but it’s warm enough if you don’t use the AC, or keep it low. Great breakfast, and nice restaurant on site.

Clean , no noise , perdonal atentive but my favorite thing , was the food !

Close to the airport

There were no benefits for Expedia VIP members. Even though I made my room requests through the Expedia messaging service over 1 month in advance, they told me that they couldn't even give me a room on a higher floor. I would just try another property with Expedia VIP access because this one didn't give me any benefits even though I requested things well in advance.

About 2 years ago their parking lot was flooded but they haven't fully repaired the area so people don't use it.

Mattresses were very poor quality and only a top sheet was furnished. Blankets no where in room.

Breakfast was good and got an upgrade for one of the four rooms we used.

Good massage service

There was only 1 overhead light in the room that was glaring. Had to ask for towels as we were given 1 towel and no washcloths or face towels for 2 people. Body wash dispenser did not work. Overall, a very basic clean place to sleep.
