Excellent property. We loved our stay there. So beautifully done in an excellent location. Staff are very helpful and friendly. Only one restaurant that serves great breakfast but lunch/dinner are average and overpriced.

Great location behind the big waterfall, where you could see it from the top with a 5 min walk. It is perfect by a car to go to the hotel or you will need a taxi to the hotel from the entrances or major bus stations in the area (around 30 euros as of April 2025). The property was exceptional with beautiful decorations and quality furniture, and was extremely comfortable in the beautiful nature. You can walk to enter the park through a location near the upper lake port. If you take this option, I think you might better to buy a ticket on line in advance as you will need a ticket to ride on a boat to go to lower lake. Of course you can go to entrance 1 by your car or a taxi. The staffs were very helpful giving advices on my plan in the park.

We spend two nights at a room for a couple. The breakfast was excellent, the staff attentive and polite, the room was clean and well maintained. Plitvice national park is a short walk away so we could enjoy the nature without having to start the car during our stay. We are looking forward to our next visit when we need a break in the nature.

Amazing experience. 100% recommended. Best place to be relaxing and the location is just a few minutes from the Plitvice Lake National Park. Definitely coming back!

We stayed in the 2 bedroom house called Pinus in November which meant it was quite cold and was below freezing overnight. It is heated with ONLY a fireplace which took us at least 6 hours to get the rooms to a comfortable warmth. This was a big problem for us, because we had spent the whole day walking in the national park and just wanted warmth. The disappointing part is that the staff know that this house does not have a heating system, and it seemed like the fireplace had only been lit shortly before we arrived. We assume that noone had stayed in the lodging the night before, because it took so long to warm up the floors, furniture, etc. We had to get up several times during the night to put more firewood in the fireplace to keep the place warm. Knowing the low temperature of the time of year and how long it takes a small fireplace to heat an entire "cabin," we would have expected the staff to start the fireplace much earlier in the day. Additionally, there was no glove provided to open the fireplace door which was VERY HOT to the touch. We did call reception and they sent housekeeping with a cloth. Also, we were disappointed that if we used more than one tea bag or instant coffee packet per person, we would be charged 3 euros for each additional one. This policy seemed out of sorts for the pricing of the lodging. I had read about this in one of the reviews and frankly thought it must have been a mistake but found out that it was true (see picture attached).

Great staff, excellent on-site meals and convenient to Plitvice Lakes National Park

This resort was beautiful. We loved our two bedroom accommodations with kitchen. The staff is wonderful, the grounds are special and the restaurant food is delicious. The entry to the park via gate 3 is convenient but I wouldn’t want to use it the first day in the park. Entry one is great! Do not hesitate to book this hotel

Dinner and breakfast were great, services were excellent , checkin receptionist was very helpful with luggage’s and gave advise to the national park

Beautifully arranged resort-like grounds with rustically-elegant individual cottages. An excellent restaurant is on the grounds, and there are lots of well-landscaped paths and gardens. A nice surprise that this is a "real" hotel organization in a country where many of the so-called hotels are often just conglomerates of airbnb unts owned and grouped by one absentee owner.

The property is beautiful and the rooms are larger than normal. It is extremely clean and the staff is very friendly. It is situated just above the big falls and you can walk to the top observation point in about five minutes. It was super quiet and peaceful during our stay. We highly recommend Fenomen Plitvice!

A great property, easily accessible to the lakes.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel during our visit to Plitvice National Park. The location is a 15 min drive for accessing the park, which made our trip easier. We stayed in a one-bedroom suite that was both spacious and well-equipped, including a full kitchenette, which added a lot of comfort to our stay. The room was quiet, making it easy to relax and the staff were friendly and helpful, making the experience even more pleasant. We had entrance tickets for 7am (before breakfast started), so they made us lunch boxes—they were tasty and convenient. Parking was easy and stress-free. Overall, we highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area!

Beautiful grounds! Quiet in natural setting. Loved this location for our Plivitze stay! Everyone from the restaurant to the check in couldn’t have been friendlier and so helpful.

We would stay in this beautiful lake area however feel that the 'luxury' component to this site is missing somewhat & their serving staff need more training in customer service. We had good experience from reception staff he didn't have an attitude. We would recommend the closeness to the unofficial gate 3 to access the park. Poor sleeping arrangements with beds not comfortable - average stay overall.

We thought this hotel was part of the park. But it is not so they will not extend your park tickets another day. The young man at reception, gave us wrong directions. Breakfast was average. The rooms were clean but bed sheets itchy,

We had a wonderful 1 night stay at the Fenomen Hotel after visiting Plitvice Lakes National Park. The service was superb and the property is breathtaking. Our children loved the trampoline and the breakfast. I highly recommend this hotel and would love to return one day.

We loved our stay here after a long day at Plitvice. It was relaxing and peaceful with many amenities. We had wonderful service and great recommendations from the staff at check in.
