Some rude people in the lobby looking at my chest when we were waiting for transportation. Bad quality of food, one of us has got food poisoning in the beginning of the first day, the hotel’s doctor said is traveller diarrhea and we believed it but after the 500 us dollar’s medication, is not become better and when we get back to Toronto, we went to the emergency immediately, which the final result is not traveller diarrhea. Limited entertainment, limited food, limited service, bad app experiences, bedding is not clean, we thought the bedding will be changed at least once two day or something, but I can tell is never been changed. 90%of the restaurants need reservation, everyone need to reserve from the moment they arrive the hotel, even with that time, some of the restaurants are not available for the following 5 days. Not the first time in Cancún, but this is the worse, never going to go there any more.
