Great stay! The hotel is very clean and the staff provides excellent service. Perfect location close to the beach. The pools are beautiful, well-maintained, and spotless. I highly recommend it!

Staff are great as usual and the rooms are as fresh as when I first came to the property. I have noticed the extra touches and finishes too, keeping it up to date. Breakfast was ok and the same as always

We had an absolutely brilliant stay for two nights half board in a side seaview top double room. Staff are so friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet and evening buffet were amazing. Very quiet at this time of the year and had the Indoor Pool and Sauna to ourselves! We recommend this Hotel highly.

Superb panorama room with two balconies. Great views, especially sunsets. Very welcoming and friendly staff. Very good food with different themes each night. The only problem was that the entertainment was in the Cuban bar which was a smoking area, difficult for non-smokers.

I would rather rate it as a ****S according to continental standard, mainly due to the (small)size and simplicity of the room. Otherwise a perfect holiday place

New and modern, with a nice courtyard, well-kept greenery, and the pool area. Immediately next to spectacular Nissi beach (great colors, clear water though gets busy after 10 AM). A long walk by the sea to the Ayia Napa downtown, and harbor, though a good local-bus connection.

Lovely room with a view and facilities..

If we had to book it again, we would choose the garden view. The price for the upgrade for the view we had wasn't worth the price. Also, all the rooms have a view, and it gets very hot, especially with a sea view.

It’s not on the beach it’s a short 5-10 min walk to a sandy beach but it’s extremely misleading to advertise it as being on the beach. We booked it as being beach front and couldn’t use the beach beach as it was too far for my elderly mother to walk to

Amazing stay with an incredible view. I highly recommend choosing the all inclusive or full board option because meals are pricey but the food is absolutely delicious. The buffet, except for the last day, was outstanding. Fish night was amazing and lunch offered a huge salad bar plus a main course from the menu. Breakfast was also excellent. I loved it all. As a solo traveler, the noise from kids was a bit bothersome but I still had a great time. The hotel has an amazing gym that is better than many regular gyms I have seen elsewhere. The spa is included and the sauna was great. The hotel met all my needs and I cannot wait to come back, hopefully with fewer kids around next time.

Nice facilities including multiple pools, kids' club and a nearby beach. I booked a Deluxe sea view room which had nice sea views and two small balconies. Cleanliness was mediocre though staff really put an effort. There was a problem the room which I alerted - there was strong body odor /sweat smell coming from the cabinet which the cleaners tried to remove twice. after the second time complaining, a manager inspected the room and said that this was the smell of "fresh fabric". The problem wasn't solved. Breakfast was nice with multiple options - they could improve the vegetable section. Overall it's a nice hotel but more like a 4-4.5 star hotel.
