Unfortunately not long after we checked in we had to check out due to our daughter being ill, and as residents of Spain we took to back to our home. No issue with the hotel at all.

Receptionist was very helpful, engineer who fixed the lift when broken was very quick, pool area very nice, location good.. Negatives tv wasn’t working no USB Points within the hotel and hot breakfast at 8.30 am looked as though it had been cooked hours earlier and no bins In buffet area for rubbish

Absolutely wonderful, friendly and helpful staff with excellent service ! Always happy and very welcoming! 😊 We loved the hotel facilities like swimming pool and little area next to it with summer bar, bar and restaurant inside the hotel. We really liked that it was Foosball & Pool table to play ! Walking distance from hotel to seaside was only 5-10min, the same to local shops and restaurants where you can eat local Tapas ! We definitely can recommend this place and we are hoping to be back here one day again ! 😊👏

No running water in the bathroom really poor tired hotel

Honestly, I am unsure where they got their stars. Definitely not as expected, I can only assume the photos on hotels.com was accurate on the initial completion of the hotel. Very old, out dated and not worth the nightly rate at all. Thankfully, this was only for an overnight stay to break up a drive from Seville to Murcia, had I booked a package holiday here, I would have been requesting a transfer to a different hotel….

Good hotel, great and hardworking staff, worth 50-60 euros a night, but not in my humble opinion the 100-120 euros a night we paid. The restaurant was too full, with a 30-minute line-up to wait for a table to eat sometimes, and quite crowded inside. If the manager was not there to supervise the operation of the restaurant it fell apart sometimes - once we had 50 people standing a metre away from our table, waiting for a place to eat - when the manager appeared he got people to wait outside which was supposed to be the policy. That, and a slightly dirty room and very crowded pool where our main issues. The hotel itself is nice enough, and only a 10-minute walk from the beach. I always found enough nice things to eat in the restaurant, I did not think it was as bad as other reviewers. I would return, but only for the right price.

El hotel es antiguo, necesita una remodelación de las habitaciones, bañera con cortina, cama pequeña de 135 para 2 personas. Armarios pequeños y muebles antiguos. No se corresponde a un 4 estrellas.

Schloss der Hotelzimmer funktionierte nicht Stand 20 draussen bis die Technik kam . Und dann wollte man mich Punkt 12 aus dem Zimmer haben . Die 20 Minuten fehlten mir ... Das war ein glatter Rausschmiss... Altes Publikum ...empfand es wie die Reha meiner Mutter ... bloß weg hier ...der Pool ein Witz zu klein und sehr laut Fenster zur Straße und beide Fenster ließen sich nicht schließen...4 Sterne ist anders Bleibt bloß weg ...da wird auch renoviert!

La comida del buffet, lo mejor del hotel, la limpieza de la habitación pesima

Hemos tenido unos días muy tranquilos y agradables, el personal muy simpático y servicial, las mascotas son bienvenidas con costo de limpieza 25 euros más 12 euros noche, la cafetería tenía un horario muy bueno siempre abierta hasta las 12 de la noche, las habitaciones tds con terraza, la única pega las almohadas muy blandas, la limpieza excepcional, en repcion muy amables y compresivos en td momento, la comida muy buena pero le faltaba algo de variedad. La animación muy buena pero muy corta.

El personal del hotel muy agradable, las habitaciones luminosas y confortables.

Creo que es demasiado poner un 4 estrellas. Está bien pero el mobiliario es viejo. Y lo de la corina en el baño es horrible.
