Nice room but my goodness it’s noisy. There is an open air nightclub which runs until after 2am on the weekends. Front desk and concierge great although the hotel was quiet but still couldn’t offer a late checkout. Breakfast and bit of a shambles. They are also very confused about what is the Nobu and what is the neighbouring Punto Romano hotel.

Most beautiful hotel we have ever stayed in and we are Nobu fans and love the food and staff thanks for the bunny for our kid

Clean room, friendly staff, wasn’t massively impressed with the eggs benidict at breakfast which felt like it had been sitting for a couple of hours not made fresh but otherwise the food was excellent especially at Gaia and Nobu, exceptional! Will definitely be back

The room is very clean and modern , we have en suite but sadly the wall is a bit thin so you can hear footsteps at night and the sound coming through . The bed is very comfy and love the size of the bathroom and the sitting area .

Beautiful hotel in best location in Marbella. Some really lovely and thoughtful touches including a fruit basket in the room, macaroons a d a bottle of wine. Great service and beautiful rooms which are very comfortable and stylish.. Great facilities and awesome bars, restaurants to enjoy.

Bed and pillows not comfortable, lighting in the bathroom too bright or too dim, bathroom flooring squeezing, water overflow when showering all the bathroom floor becomes wet.

Unreal food and the rooms and service were great The breakfast option on the beach was nice each day but they lacked service only on that restaurant Everywhere else exceptional

Loved the staff, especially the waiter at Gaia and Nobu and the massage therapist Galina. Housekeeping was great as well. Loved the wonderful beds and smells. Nobu restaurant truley the best. Facilty needs maintenance, especially a plumber. Our shower in the room continuously had issues. Then went to spa and not only was there an issue with that rain shower but also in three of the 8 spa options. Jets not functional or set too strongly, etc. Lots of construction around the area, especially near spot to rent bikes. Lastly, facility not booked out and yet they charge for day beds at the pools. That does not make sense. If you are willing to sit in chairs no charge but if you want to lay by yhe pool, significant charge added even though you're staying there. I get an upcharge if facility is full but many times it was only one or two couples. Thats it, overall loved the extras with No bu, the people, the smells, the food, the beds etc but next time in Marabella maybe will try another location on the beach.

The rooms are decent but it’s impossible to sleep. We went high season - so it was over 2k a night and we expected a luxury experience. It wasn’t. The team appeared extremely overwhelmed- you’d find room service trays in the corridors for hours on end - and generally had a low class Vegas experience. Oh and you couldn’t sleep a wink because the music goes on until 5 am every night
