Very good service

Service was quite bad. Imposible to locate anyone. I was in the lobby lounge for 1 hour trying to find someone to resolve an issue I had. The club Lounge was filled with drunk government offials which made it impossible to work in.

This hotel is beautiful!

I travel to China 3 or 4 times each year for business. The Whenzhou Westin Hotel is new with outstanding features and amenities. The room is spacious and ultra modern. Roll up window shades, and a overhead rain-forest shower. Quiet and super clean, this hotel offers outstanding service from check-in to dinning. English is spoken in all areas. You will enjoy your stay here, and the staff will take very good care of you. It is the number one hotel in Whernzhou at a very reasonable cost per night. Well done Westin.

Not happy! For 200$ bad service, room very basic, very disapointed Issue with lavatory, no mirror in the dressing, bed not so comfy Will not come back

房間, 設施還可以. 但人員服務意識很差, 達不到5星酒店標準.

上午10点抵店让提前入住了。酒店设施简单了点，但楼层非常高，能够体验到不一样的城市景观。行政楼层的晚餐很赞，里面各种酒都尝了一点点，非常好喝。

great location and service

我明白現在是武肺期間，所以飯店設施全部不開放，餐廳也只有早餐有開，但是整間飯店不開空調，也沒有其他的方式通風，導致室內溫度一直維持在25～27度，非常的悶熱，而且廁所味道也很重，另外，我訂非吸煙房卻給我吸煙房，房內全是煙味，雖然之後換了房間，但觀感依舊非常差，最誇張的就是，飯店明明知道有湖北人來住，卻沒任何舉措，也沒有告知其他客人，還是碰巧被我看到有人來視察才知道，這樣真的非常不好，更何況還有人沒戴口罩，這簡直是拿別人的生命開玩笑！除此之外，前台服務也不怎麼親切，問了空調的事情也只是敷衍了事，給我們送一小桶冰塊就打發我們，隔天還是我們再次詢問有沒有冷風扇才幫我們處理，且連房間的筆都不允許帶走，詢問筆能不能帶走卻回應有可能要收費。房間基本沒有什麼備品，只有牙刷，剩下的東西都要打電話去要，算是挺環保的。行政酒廊還算不錯，但隔天卻因為武肺改到35樓，也沒有另行通知，還是去前台詢問才知道的，服務很不走心，感覺是沒問沒主動要求就不予理會，很意外這系列的酒店服務會這樣，總之也許是我去的時間不對，導致了這次的體驗特別差吧！但就此次經驗而言，這間飯店除了夜景以外，真的沒有我特別推薦的地方，早餐也只是尚可的水平，熱菜不太多，水果還不錯。不過不會想再次入住就是了。
