The room is cozy & comfortable for a family vacation, and the price is affordable according to budget 🫰the room is very comfortable

1. The water is dark brown, like untreated well water. 2. The toilet is not smooth when flashed. 3. The restaurant is queued during breakfast, I was asked to wait about 15 minutes outside (in front of the receptionist). I think for that price it is very inappropriate. I stayed on May 11, 2025 studio room type.

Overall okay, only the night security staff who guard when vehicles enter. They are rude because they bring 2-wheeled vehicles, because the house is close to the hotel so there is no need to bring R4. They look at consumers too much from the outside cover. but when changing shifts to the security guard who is on duty in the morning, they are friendly and smile and greet. The security guard who is on duty at night needs to learn well from the security guard who is on duty in the morning.

Old hotel but well maintained. Spacious room, I got an old room. There was a problem with the hot water being cloudy. Reported it immediately and it was taken care of. The menu and taste of the restaurant are really good
