We stayed at this hotel for 1 week, the food was less varied, there was no creativity, the food tasted incredibly salty. The last day of our stay was even worse, usually there was boiled banana, corn and sweet potato, but there was none. This hotel's food was very disappointing.

I've checked in at Grand Elite many times, but this is my first time using Traveloka. However, the second time I booked through Traveloka, the hotel voucher failed. I even transferred it. They said I'd have to wait 3-5 days for it to be refunded. It's been more than 10 days and nothing. I'm very disappointed with Traveloka's service. The hotel itself is okay.
