This is really good. If I go to Spore again, I definitely want to stay here again. The service is very good. Everyone is friendly. Check-in and check-out are very easy. The room is clean. Most importantly, there is a shower for the toilet so it is safe for urinating or defecating. The location is strategic. Very close to Bugis Street. You won't be confused about where to eat. There is a 7-Eleven next door. Easy transportation. I will definitely stay here again next time, haha.

Staff at the front desk were friendly, great location but the only downside is the soundproofing is a little bad and the aircon is a little noisy for light sleepers.

Stayed 3 nights at ibis Budget Singapore Bugis and paid around SGD 160 per night. For Singapore, this is great value, especially for this location. Finding a clean double room with a private bathroom at this price is not easy. The room was small but very clean and minimal, which is expected for a budget hotel. Fast check-in and check-out. Daily housekeeping was a pleasant surprise, towels and amenities were changed every day. I was also happy to find a bidet shower in the bathroom 😄. The hotel is quiet and sleep-friendly. Location is excellent with easy access to MRT and buses. Bugis Street, hawker centers, and shops are all within walking distance. The area feels very safe. Free luggage storage after checkout was very helpful. No bottled water, but there’s a 24-hour water dispenser in the lobby. Overall, a great choice if you need a clean, comfortable place to sleep while exploring Singapore.

The room is small but more than enough for two people. The facilities are complete, and I was very happy with the bidet in the toilet. Drinking water is also provided in the lobby, but the water in the room sink is also drinkable. The location is strategic, close to the bus stop, MRT, and there is a 7-Eleven right next door.

Suitable for solo travelers or short stays of no more than 1-2 nights. The room is very small, and I booked a room with twin beds. With such a small room, it was difficult to move around; everything was cramped. I booked a twin bed with a window. The bathroom was clean, but minimal toiletries, so it's best to bring your own. Only toothbrushes, shampoo, and shower gel were provided. There's no drinking water in the room, but it seems you can refill it if you bring your own tumbler. I couldn't find a refill station, so I bought a liter bottle of water at the 7-Eleven right next to the hotel. The location is great because it's close to Bugis MRT.

The hotel staff is friendly, it's quite a walk to the MRT station, you have to cross twice, there are lots of halal food places near Kampung Glam.

I didn't expect to get quite satisfying room with cheap price. for twin bed room they provide water heater, toilettries, teas/coffees/hair dryer, even mini fridge! eventho the fridge is not turning on (I guess intentionally by hotel or idk). it just there is no slipper :(. omg I wish they can provide that cz I'm not gonna back and forth to downstairs 7eleven with pajamas and sneakers. overall it's nice and i'll stay here again.

I’ve stayed in this hotel for 1 night, and I could say the staff is very kind. It’s a 3 stars hotel but the service is really good. I’ve noticed that the room lighting is very good, I really like it also the cleanliness itself, but yeah the room is not that big, it’s a small room with a small bathroom. I like stayed in Ibis because the floor doesnt wet easily and we can also watched the TV channel or youtube from it, and also there’s hairdryer on the room. It calls ibis budget singapore bugis but we need to walk around 10-15mins, it still too far for bugis, and there’s no restaurant near the hotel only 7 eleven, but its a good experience to stay here

Stayed for 5 nights satisfactorily 😊 superb location, few steps away from Bugis MRT. Don’t worry about food! Bugis area is place for culinary experience. Room is small but clean and comfortable. Aircon was functioned well, hot shower also ready at anytime! Surely will recommend this hotel!

My first time staying here. It was wonderful, the staff were friendly, easy check-in and check-out. Even got an early check-in thanks to staff guidance (please convey my biggest appreciation to the hotel receptionist on afternoon shift Dec 15th, forgot to ask the big guy’s name). The room was clean and comfortable, not to mention the convenient access to bus and Bugis MRT.

The room is so small ,sound insulation is extremely poor ; I can literally hear clearly conversations from room next door . There is no housekeeping , we need to clean our own room , and no windows in the room . Not a great experience to stay in .

The location is super convenient—close to Suntec and just a short walk from the MRT. The staff were really responsive, and although the room was compact, it was clean and comfortable, especially the bathroom.

I have stayed here twice and I always feel comfort to stay here. The location is excellent, very near to Bugis and CityHall. Hotel service was good and all the staff were very helpful. I appreciate this hotel because they put a dispenser in the lobby so all the guests can use it to refill their water bottle.

The location is good. Close to everywhere. Only the bed is small.
