The hotel is huge, but the elevators are small and few, making the long queues for going up and down very annoying, especially when there are a lot of guests.
The Wi-Fi is slow, so for some reason, this stay was less than satisfactory.

Hotel Pangeran is my first choice when I visit Pekanbaru, whether for business or leisure. The pool is clean, the restaurant has a wide variety of breakfast options, and the rooms and bathrooms are especially clean. Thank you, I'll definitely be back next time 👍

Honest review of deluxe king bed room:
1. Check-in/out time is very fast.
2. All staff are very friendly.
3. The room smells very good and is very clean.
4. Wifi is not very stable
5. AC is super cold
6. Access around the hotel is very good, close to several places to eat too.
7. Breakfast is very varied and all taste good, more like traditional food.
Overall very good and the price is very friendly for a hotel as good as this. 🙏
