One thing that helped me review this hotel was that the hospitality met hotel standards. What disappointed me was that the mattress, blanket, and chair were dirty, as if they had been washed but still had stains. The bathroom also had many stains, which gave it a scary vibe.

Check in took a while because it was the weekend & there was only 1 receptionist. I've stayed here twice, overall it's not bad. The room is spacious, the atmosphere is comfortable, but the room is not soundproof, the bed sheets/towels seem a bit less clean after washing, and the experience of staying twice was that the bathroom door handle didn't work 😅

The hotel was actually worth it for the price, which was quite affordable. I was assigned a back room and had to climb stairs while carrying a small child and luggage. If I were to come back, I'd probably choose a front room so I could use the elevator. Unfortunately, the app doesn't provide any information about this, so I don't know which rooms have elevators and which don't. The food was okay, and the pool was great, but the stairs were tiring.

The hotel is comfortable and quite large. The sheets and pillows could use regular changes. The hotel food is delicious. The location is also good, close to the sea.

First time to Balikpapan for business trip.. The hotel location is strategic and close to the city center.. Quite comfortable.

The food variety is satisfactory, but the cleanliness of the room and bathroom is not pleasant to look at, the blanket and bedsheets are a bit yellow and have black spots, the bathroom is also not clean.

We were asked to bring a toothbrush and sugar which were missing from the room, but they didn't come, even though we called them twice. When we were leaving, it seemed like someone came in, but it turned out they brought towels, not what was requested.

Strategic location, fast check-in and check-out process

CS reprimanded the guest for being unfriendly, saying that if you stay here, don't choose a standard room. In my experience, I was given a room in a separate building on the corner, climbing stairs, and it was difficult to carry things with the kids. And when we wanted to go to the room, we had to go through the restaurant, which was difficult. My wife and children just stayed in the room, embarrassed to say they could go through the restaurant. So we didn't go.

What's a shame is that I waited so long to check in.

Overall, it was comfortable and satisfying. A few suggestions: pay more attention to room cleanliness before check-in, such as pillowcases and other items. On major holidays, increase the number of staff at the reception to avoid long queues. All the best, and keep up the good work!
